The ring is without a doubt all I had hoped for and more, I considered heavily between a 2 and. a2.5 center and went with the 2, it is BIG but still really classy. The sparkle is insane it just is so beautiful I am in love!

I just had a virtual appointment with them- full of yellow/red flags. Here is a list: * The rep was very clearly reading off of a script * Not only would the rep not turn their camera on, but they also said it was company policy, and no one ever turns their camera on during a virtual appointment * I just had a virtual appointment with them full of yellow/red flags. the site looks a bit like a scam and the virtual appointment did nothing but make me cross the company off my list completely. * Not necessarily a huge flag, but when I asked the rep where they were located, they said NY but the time and default language of their computer showed otherwise- a bit weird to potentially not be honest about that * When I asked, "which companies do you consider to be your greatest competitor," they said they didn't know, went to ask someone, and then said, " I am not able to disclose that information" * When I asked about their diamond inventory, the rep shared that they are not able to share which vendors they get their diamonds from. BIG difference from my virtual appointment with VRAI

I ordered the ring in September and received it three weeks later as promised, before I ordered I was just not trusting an online company and spending the amount of money I was about to spend I was scared especially in this economy. So I requested a FaceTime meeting which they were very helpful in me making my decision in going with Keyzar. I absolutely fell on love with the ring when I received it and I knew that she would also. I just got engaged on Nov,14 2022 and gave her her ring at a foto shoot and she loved it. So I must say I’m very happy with my purchase and their services. If there was one thing I would change it would be the box it came in but I already had planned to give it to her in a different lighted box. But overall a very very satisfied customer and will recommend to all my friends. So thank you Keyzar for making my engagement ring as beautiful as it is.

I originally purchased a ring from a very reputable online retailer and wasn’t “wowed” by it, so I ended up returning it. Did my research after (and watched tons of YouTube videos) and learned more about diamonds. I happened to stumble on Keyzar’s Instagram and decided to check out the website. Based off of IGI and GIA certifications, I realized I could purchase a diamond with the same cut, carat, clarity, and color for a more affordable price on Keyzar. At first, I was skeptical with ordering through them because the lack of reviews, but decided to take a chance, since I could return within the 30 days if I wasn’t satisfied.. and I’m glad I did! The ring came out perfectly. I’m impressed with the craftsmanship and quality of the ring. Their customer service was also quick to respond and very helpful with the whole process. One minimal complaint is that when the ring arrived, it wasn’t secure in the ring box. Other than that, this company was pleasurable to purchase through. Looking into wedding bands soon.

My fiancé got my engagement ring from Keyzar and it is absolutely stunning. I purchased the matching wedding band. I had to have my engagement ring resized and then I accidentally ordered the wrong rose gold for my engagement band. Not only are my rings absolutely unique and stunning but the customer service has been phenomenal. The ring resizing was perfect and when I messed up the rose gold on my wedding band I was easily able to facilitate an exchange and had incredible help and support from their customer service. I’m not big on going to physical jewelry stores, I don’t like how they try to upsell you and I feel like they lie to you any chance they get. I went through countless websites before finding this one and falling in love with the idea of picking the perfect diamond and perfect setting! I’m already engaged and my fiancé ordered me a ring from keyzar and I’m just so in love! So I knew I had to order one for her as well. We chose lab grown diamonds and honestly a great part of this website is it’s affordability. I never thought I would be able to get my fiancé a big diamond or an impressive setting but I found what worked perfect for me. I trust keyzar 100% and will be ordering from them whenever I can!

My daughter was given a ring from this company but unfortunately there was a small issue with it which was bad luck rather than anything else. The owner Mendy has treated her so well with sorting everything out and has been incredibly kind and considerate. He is clearly someone who cares deeply about his business, his products and his customers. As a parent all you wish for in life is happy children so when my daughter was upset then so was I. Mendy has put the smile back on her face and I can't thank him enough for looking after her. Such a kind and thoughtful person ☺️

Beautiful ring! Halo wasn’t exactly what I was expecting. Seemed much larger in pictures.

I ordered the Nelly and even though the ring is beautiful, it is very thin and the hidden halo is actually almost hidden because it’s so small. Halo size isn’t close to the picture.
