Was delivered past expected date which was anxiety inducing as it was for my daughters 18 th bday. Table cover flimsy and ripped whilst unfolding. Balloons good quality but no straw included to inflate the number balloons.

Personalised Cake and Banner I have used Party Pieces for a few years now for a birthday banner and this was my second cake from them to match. Quality is very high, delivered in time and the cake is delicious

I received my order last week but one of the items was damaged. Tried to contact them via the online form to try and get a replacement but I haven’t heard back. When I try and call, I get a busy tone and can’t get through. Would not recommend. Please can someone get back to me regarding the order.

I got a fine red carpet (not really carpet but good for quick use at kids' party) and it was delivered real quick!

I ordered 4 bouquets of personalised balloons for my sister's baby shower, for a Saturday delivery. On the day the courier had only received 1 for delivery - i couldnt contact the company as their offices are only open mon-fri. I ended up having to rush around getting more balloons which I then couldn't personalise. Company gave full refund following contact.

Rubbish. Personalised bday cake small . Mistletoe wreath is small not as shown in photo. Called then got cut off. Person who answered call was ambivalent to my disappointment . Will not recommend or use ever again

I left it quite late to order balloons and personalised cakes. After contacting they said they would be able to do this for me and kept me informed when delivery was on its way. The cakes were delicious and looked great.

I placed an order on my mobile phone as I was at my parents house as my elderly father was really unwell. The balloons for my nephew cost over £50. There was an error with the delivery address. I was advised that when the balloons were received back by Party Pieces they would receive a top up and then be delivered. I received an email six days later to say that the two large boxes had been so badly damaged by the delivery company that all five balloons had gone completely flat and could not be salvaged. I found this difficult to believe. I had already been advised by the company to place a new order which cost £26 for further balloons. I was told that this is because the balloons in a cardboard box may go flat as they had not been delivered!! I am from a science background and thought this was a very odd comment to make. Balloons in a cardboard box! The second order did arrive one day after my nephews birthday. I will not be using this company again and I do not recommend them at all. It was very expensive and extremely disappointing
