Unfortunately the balloon arrived damaged. The personalised writing had bubbled up and the balloon was dirty/ had marks on the inside. Poor quality overall.

It was very easy to order. The shipping was expensive, but it was coming from the UK to the USA. So that’s expected. Love the products I ordered.

I ordered it at the weekend, and the process was very easy. Photo upload and customisation was so easy to do, it took no time at all. Chose standard delivery as had a bit of time for it to arrive, it was despatched the Wednesday and arrived the following day. Cake was absolutely stunning. It tasted amazing and was exactly what we ordered. The photo print was perfect.

The parcel did not arrive for my daughters 10 th bday. I chased them 72 hours before and they said it was being held at the deli due to an address query. They rescheduled a delivery for the day before but alas it didn’t arrive. Very disappointed 10 year old. Very stressed mummy. We won’t be using them again 🙁

Sadly items were missing from my order which i did not open until the day of the party. The balloons and helium were in the order. But the decorative string and balloon weights did not. Meaning everything I ordered was rendered useless. Very disappointed.

I ordered personalised cupcakes for a friends birthday on Tuesday and requested delivery for Monday and they have arrived today (Saturday!??) The box was upside down on my doorstep and by the time the birthday comes in 3 days they will be stale!!???? I have tried to find a way to contact someone but cannot find any details so please could someone (Claire?) get back to me to arrange new delivery or a refund. Thanks
