I bought 2 helium canisters but they hardly lasted! I got the right size balloons and it said up to 30 and whilst I didn’t expect 30, it only filled about 11 per canister and they had dropped by the evening- about 4 hours later?

Order must have been delivered late night and was left out on the patio in the rain all night, accepted but instead of 2 packs of frozen latex balloons only 1 was included even though the pink quality check tick list says 2 were packed. What to do with the other side of the cake table now is a mystery with no thanks to party pieces for something paid for but which they've left off the order... Updated from 2 to 4 stars as a replacement item was sent by party pieces for the missing item and which I received in time for the party so all is well.

I placed my order in late October and the packaged arrived in the US on the 4th of November! I was amazed at the speed of delivery.

So incomplete delivery that I ordered for my daughters birthday. Paid for Saturday delivery to ensure I was in and to be the day before her birthday. The only item to arrive was the inflated helium balloons - everything else, party bags, candles, additional balloons, helium canister was missing. The problem is no one is available on a Saturday to speak to and email is not being picked up. Not great for an events business … it’s now 3pm and I’ve got to shove all the kids in the car and try and pick up everything I need. Not very impressed.

Ordered a cake for my daughter's 18th delivered next day good quality very helpful when I thought I may not be in for delivery.

The item (a special personalised balloon) never arrived either on the day requested or the day after. DPD were useless. This spoiled my lunch party decorations. No reply to my email but telephone contact was very courteous and efficient and refund immediate.

It was really easy to order and everything arrived on time. My only criticism is that I was not updated at all about the delivery and as I had the items delivered to different addresses I had to check with them.

I personalised my own party banner on the website and when it arrived I was so happy with the quality, it over exceeded my expectations by a long shot. Would recommend greatly for any special occasion banners!

The cake arrived dirty and unwrapped, the seal on the box had been broken, this is the second cake I’ve ever bought from here and I was hoping this one would be as good as the first = wrong. There were flecks of black grit all over, the print on the cake was blurred and it was as if the colouring had been wet and dissipated onto the rest of the cake. I tried to get in touch with someone to order a replacement but no luck. Extremely disappointed. These cakes are delicious, they last for ages probably cus they’re very moist (extremely sugary but I suppose that’s from syrup or something to keep the cake moist for so long), they are really good usually but I just don’t understand how this happened. Very frustrating.

I haven’t received the package at all. It was a banner for my partners 40th. Sent a message regarding that fact it hasn’t arrived and I haven’t heard anything back
