I ordered a personalised birthday cake on a Monday and paid for 2-3 day delivery and the delicious cake arrived on the Tuesday. Great first experience and will definitely use again and recommend highlyl

First one the picture wasn’t properly done & stuck down at corners & no ribbon. Cake was nice otherwise. Second cake the ribbon was sloppy it didn’t line up & very loose.Also the decor was Also Up at corners & sides with bubbles throughout,very disappointed,but cake was nice. Lisa.

I bought a set of streamers and balloons/ paper garlands/ honeycombs to use as a backdrop for my daughters party. Loved the selection on the website and the quick and reliable delivery. The product quality was fanstastic as usual.

The bubble balloon I ordered for my daughters birthday was beautiful.at first I thought it was expensive but It’s been a week and it’s still inflated. A lot bigger than I expected too so definitely worth the money.

First time ordering from this company. Placed order on the 5th October 2022 for delivery on the 20th October, this was for a personalised 80th balloon from my children for their Nan. Did not receive the balloons on the 20th and thought it was because of the Royal Mail strike. (I ordered the balloons for the day before I needed them, just in case they were late). Contacted the company on the 20th to ask where the balloons were, did not hear back, contacted them again on the 21st and was told they could not locate the order with their courier and I could have a refund and the balloons the next day! What good are balloons after the occasion?! I told them how angry I was as they had been given plenty of notice and a special occasion had no balloons. I received a full refund but no sign of the balloons as they promised - not that they would have been any good anyway. Totally disappointed with this company and will not use again.

Was not really happy with the cake, photo dark and lettering dull

After a previous birthday cake i gave 5 stars for I ordered another cake. This time i was not as happy as the photo top was not flat on the edges. E-mailed Customer Services and was advised to wet the white icing underneath, which id ok but it was very delicate to do and a small corner broke off the picture.

Gorgeous cake! This site made ordering very easy. Giving the choice of plain sponge or chocolate was a bonus too! Cleverly giving a preview of any personalisation allowed me to try different options before deciding what I wanted written. Arrived on time, well packaged. Looked great, tasted gorgeous, and an excellent price. A well deserved five stars.
