First time ordering which was quite straightforward and as I needed the items quickly. Delivered fine but 1 pack of 60th birthday plates only had 9 instead of 10. The other items are great. Not too much of a problem but this is why I gave 4 stars.

Second time I’ve ordered the personalised banners. Such a quick turnaround. Also order a pack of 5 gold ‘18’ balloons. 2 of which had a hole in which wasn’t great! The balloons were stuck together.

Good quality products wide range of choice for children's birthday banners. Order came very quickly. I thought I had made an error while ordering online so rang the company just to clarify I had done it correctly. The staff were helpful and very polite. Lovely looking cake however in my opinion it is overpriced as when they say small they mean tiny. Its very very small and I ordered candles with it and didnt recieve them so I sent an email and I am yet to hear back regarding a refund for them.

The site functioned as it should. I ordered the product, received an order confirmation and a tracker function. Received the goods around the date advised. Was happy with the product, a traditional berry and pine foliage winter and door wreath. I was worried it would look very fake. But it actually looks pretty good. It's difficult to find this type of winter/Christmas traditional berry and pine foliage wreath. Most have all kinds of Christmas balls and other doo-daws on them. But I wanted something I could leave on the door after Christmas. The door is sheltered from the weather. So I should be able to put it up every December for several years to come. So I think it was money well spent in these difficult times. And it will be a traditional British cheery Christmas/Winter welcome to visitors.

I purchased a cake for my daughter's 21st birthday. It's wonderful!! Very happy. Arrived in time and was just as u ordered. Tasted lovely too. Highly recommended

Received the cake, simple but a such a good personal touch. Photo and message was good. The cake itself was terribly dry, even though was cut within 3 days of delivery. Would not use again. So glad I had a spare cake as I wasn't sure what it would be like.
