The helium cannister stopped working half way and it was too late for us to get another one for the event. It was not great at all!!

On the whole it was a pleasant experience and I received my package earlier than expected. There was initially a technical error from the website regarding my purchase bit was rectified by the support team quite swiftly.

I was pleased with most of the items. Unfortunately the 70th party pack I ordered included an 80th table runner in error. I contacted party pieces via their website and explained their mistake and asked for a 70th runner to be provided. I received no response. Disappointed with this service.

The company kept me up to date with all developments on my order - very satisfied with the service and will use this company again!

Cake came on time. The cake itself is fairly simple. Simple chocolate cake with a thick white sugary coating with print on. The print itself looked nice and the cake lasted for couple of days in the fridge. I got no response on my email asking a question about the cakes print, so ended up getting another cake just in case. Considering the price I would recommend this if you are looking for print and don’t mind a simple cake.

I ordered a cake well in advance to be delivered in time for my daughters birthday. The website states 3-5 working days & it also had clearly advertised on the home page of the website that deliveries would not be affected by the postal strikes as a different courier would be used. The cake did not arrive so I had to go and buy another one for the occasion. It turned up 4 days later and was in fact delivered by Royal Mail, strange considering a different courier was supposed to be used? When I emailed to say I was disappointed that the cake had not arrived no one has bothered to answer my email. Very disappointed as not what I expected after using this company several times in the past without issue.

I didn’t receive my order despite paying extra for next day delivery. However I was given a full refund.
