They were competent and very friendly. Nice HomePage - easy to use. We had the full insurance. We think thats the best. no worries! We were picked up in the airport - such a good service! We will use them again!!

If you're travelling to Crete, I highly recommend booking with Gomega. The initial booking process is simple and confirmation is fast and their rates are highly competitive - much cheaper to book with Gomega before you travel than book when you get as the hotel was quoting 100 Euros per day for car hire with another rental company! The other benefit is that they don't require a hefty deposit or CC guarantee - simple, easy to do business with :-) The communication with the team is really good - they arranged a driver to pick us up from the airport and take a short drive to their premises where we picked up a lovely little VW Up for our 10 night stay. We opted for the premium insurance and it gave us peace of mind knowing that everything except tires and underside of the car was covered. The car was perfect for our travels around the island and the service from the representative at Gomega was superb! Will definitely use Gomega again next time we visit! Used this company 2 years in a row and wouldn’t use any other rental company in Crete. Very responsive to messages. Great choice of cars. Friendly and helpful. They do what they say. Will be booking for September 2024 very soon. Highly recommended.

Gomega were great, very nice and polite amd welcoming. Helped us with everything. The only problem was that we didnt see their sign when we arrived, and we looked around everywhere Eventually we realised that they come to pick us up. Exept that they were really great!

Sono due volte che prenotiamo con loro, entrambe le volte ci siamo trovati molto bene. Presa e restituzione veloce, auto quasi nuove e gomme in ottimo stato! Personale molto disponibile e gentile. Secondo me c'è un alto rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ho sempre fatto la copertura globale, quindi non ho avuto nessun problema. Se dovessi tornare a Creta, prenoterei nuovamente con loro.

Personnel très gentil, excellent accueil. Réponses rapides à toutes questions par mail. Possibilité de régler la semaine de location sur place, sans acompte. A l'arrivée, un shuttle nous a accueilli au port et lors de notre départ, on nous a reconduit dans le centre-ville. Voiture très propre et dans la gamme demandée. Aucune mauvaise surprise. Je recommande vivement cette agence.

Nous avons réservé une voiture pour 1 semaine avec une arrivée à 23h59 à l'aéroport d'Héraklion. Par un simple échange whatsApp à notre arrivée, un collaborateur est venu nous chercher à la sortie de l'aéroport pour nous accompagner jusqu'à notre véhicule à 1 km environ. Nous avons pris possession de notre véhicule immédiatement avec les formalités papier, assurance incluse pour ne pas avoir à payer de caution, et avons fait le tour du véhicule. L'intérieur était impeccable et un coup apparaissait à l'extérieur mais il était déjà noté par GoMega. Les employés sur place ont été très sympas malgré l'heure tardive. Nous avons rendu notre véhicule directement chez O mega car étions à côté, en fin de semaine, sans difficulté particulière à signaler durant les 7 jours. Une des collaboratrices nous a amenés directement à la porte des départs en nous demandant si tout s'était bien passé. Très bonne expérience avec du personnel accueillant, compétent et un prix très correct. Je recommande vraiment

Très bonne agence de location. Récupération à l’aéroport. Accueil au top ( bouteille d’eau pour chaque personne de la famille). Service de qualité: nous avons eu un soucis sur le véhicule, il a été remplacé sans problème. Idem pour le retour, rendu du véhicule à l’aéroport (mon conseil : prendre la full assurance) et vérifier les pneus au départ.

Très bonne agence de location, facile pour réserver en ligne. On est venu nous chercher à l'aéroport pour récupérer la voiture conforme à ce que nous avions réservé. Prise du véhicule très pro avec une bouteille d'eau par personne à l'arrivée. Pour le retour, nous avons pu rendre le véhicule à 5h30 du matin et on nous a redeposé à l'aéroport. Vraiment parfait. Et le prix est vraiment correct.

I rented for the first time with this company and everything went very well. I received a message on the phone in the morning with all the contact details and when I arrived at the airport I called them. 4 minutes later they picked me up with all my luggage in a minibus from the airport and in another 4 minutes I was at their office. The car was in good technical condition and the price-quality ratio was very good. The whole process of receiving the car was well organized and in about 30 minutes I had everything ready. Accepts payment of the guarantee only by bank credit or debit card, but not AMEX because of the banks in Greece. Handing over the car - fast and without problems, even very understanding and they left us about an hour after the handover time because we had a delayed flight.
