We had a vacation in Crete between 20th and 27th October. I rented the car for a week before we arrived Crete, made the payment easily and safely online. On our arrival to Heraklion airport (after midnight) gomega staff met us just at the arrivals gate and we went to their garage to pick up the car. All paperwork was completed quickly and contract was e-mailed immediately. We were able to contact gomega through whatsapp whenever we needed and got replies very quickly. Car had no problem worked perfectly, full insurance coverage as well. It was clean when we got it. If I go to Crete again, I won’t look for another car rental company and I’ll rent from gomega without any hesitation. We were a bit off season and price for a week was really good.

Best ever! Most important is the price which was more than ok comparing to competitors. I had a car rented during our journey for a total of 10 days and they were super cool!!! No matter the hours we needed the car, being late in the night or even early in the morning (4:00AM), they were present! Almost new cars around 10k km for both rentals, well equipped and cleaned. TOTALLY RECOMMENDED !

The best car rental we have ever used outwith the UK. Excellent customer service. From pick up to drop off it was seamless. We had the car for 14 days, it was clean and reliable. We took their full insurance which was competitive and hassle free. 100% recommend.

This was the third time I have used their services. I wasn't disappointed this time either. Everything went smoothly. I highly recommend!

Wir haben bei diesem Anbieter, der gleichzeitig unter dem Namen "otoq" auftritt am Flughafen Heraklion Kreta ein Fahrzeug f. 14 Tage angemietet. Die Übernahme des ersten vom Vermieter angebotene Autos musste von uns aufgrund von gavierenden Sicherheitsmängeln am Fahrzeug abgelehnt werden. Unter anderem hatten die Vorderreifen kaum noch bzw kein Profil mehr und die Beleuchtungsanlage war teilweise defekt. Das schließlich übergebene Auto war ein Skoda Citigo mit einer Laufleistung von ca. 50.000 km. Der optische und technische Zustand des mehrfach reparierten und gespachtelten Autos war gerade noch hinnehmbar. Das Fahrzeug war innen jedoch nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Wir mussten die stark verstaubten Scheiben von innen zunächst reinigen, damit eine Fahrt bei Gegenlicht/Nacht überhaupt möglich war. Weiterhin war der Luftdruck der Bereifung deutlich zu gering (IST 1,3 SOLL 1,8 bar). Aufgrund dieser Erfahrungen würde ich bei diesem Anbieter kein Fahrzeug mehr anmieten.

Très bonne expérience avec Gomega pour notre séjour en Crète. Le personnel est accueillant et disponible durant le séjour en cas de question : nous avons dû, exceptionnellement, remettre de l’adblue qui nous a été remboursé). Ils sont venus nous chercher a l’aéroport avec des bouteilles d’eau et nous y ont ramené pour notre retour. Nous avons malheureusement abîmé la carrosserie sur un parking toutefois aucun frais supplémentaire n’a été demandé grâce à l’assurance premium que nous avions souscrit (pour un prix très raisonnable).

Once again impeccable service. As soon as we landed we were told via whatsapp that they were waiting for us with the shuttle to take us to pick up the car. No problem at all. Abholung am Hafen und Rückgabe am Flughafen hat super geklappt. Auto war in sehr gutem Zustand und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Impeccable, tank was full at the beginning, the opel combo 7 seater worked perfectly. Pick-ups were on point ( hour and communication).
