I’m trusting that it cleans everything but I still have to wash my face mask as I can see it’s not completely cleaned. Difficult to install

It was very easy to order the So Clean machine that was compatible with my cpap. It came with all the necessary components needed and easy to follow instructions. It was packaged very well and protected in shipping. No issues whatsoever!

Checkout process was great but finding the two word link in the middle of a text paragraph that led to the place where you order replacement filter and check valve kits was hard to find and insufficient info once there to be sure I was ordering the correct item. Why not an obvious early link to filter kit ordering and clear info how to determine what to order. The only way I knew I was right was to compare the P/N on the new kit to the P/N on the package of the last kit i ordered.

The unit is helpful and I have not experienced any problems. It does have a slight smell.

My original order was not delivered, due to a missing number in my delivery address. So Clean swiftly discovered the error and immediately mailed me another machine. I was very impressed with the telephone staff and the immediate response to my problem!
