My sister had trouble using her c-pap and had a SoClean machine. When l went for a winter get away last year she wanted to know if l would like to have her SoClean because l use my Bi-pap every day. It has been wonderful and time saving. Knowing everything is being cleaned without contamination gives me peace of mind. So when it came to needing a new filter, l wanted to make sure l got it from SoClean. I was on the computer looking it up so l tried ordering it online. I'm not great with computers but l was online so would try once. l couldn't believe how easy it was. This is my third SoClean in 20 years I believe. The service was very good.

Product itself is ok, purchased one, and had it shipped to my mother. The company, however, not so much. As I said, I purchased this for my mother. There was a rebate offer for the purchase, and they made the rebate check out payable to my mother. Simple mistake, ok. A few days later they responded, and immediately had a new check sent. About a week later - the new check arrived, and it was again made payable to my mother. I reached back out the company via the same email chain. 10 days, 4 emails and 1 phone call (left message) and NO RESPONSE. They apparently don't want to give me the rebate as advertised.

I tried SOCLEAN for full week, just to test it in every way I could. WELL it passed my test in very way. It does just as stated in AD and on line . VERY GOOD PRODUCT.

I never washed my cpap hose and mask much because it was a pain this is so easy just take off the head gear and put in the machine.

Slightly complicated to put together but it works great for my husbands cpap machine. He said he noticed a difference after the first cleaning.
