My only complaint is that with the initial start process the device is too noisy.

Can smell the freshness ! Only been using it for a couple weeks , but , Love the SoClean so far. Have not had any problems with sinus infection after using SoClean ! My 88 year old Aunt has had hers for a couple years and she loves it.
