I have used So Clean for years now. The So Clean machine is very easy to us. Similarly, it is very easy to order the necessary supply items and install them to keep the machine operating as it was designed.

I ordered the supplies and placed the discount code in during checkout and I did not receive the discount. Something must have n=been wrong with the website, as I tried a couple times. I used the link in the email and the discount code in the email. No discount was received.

My husband and I bought our so clean 2 several months ago. After running the so clean, I can't use my machine because it leaves a smell in the mask and tubing that doesn't go away. My husband is able to use it as the smell doesn't bother him which is why I haven't returned it. It definitely does it's job and it works great otherwise. Thank you
