United States | 09 November 2024I am almost 80 yrs old . Was without air conditioning for a MONTH!! JULY. Poor correspondence on why took so long for part. Contractor found corroded and bad coils . You would not approve replacing Old and CORRODED Coils, which you have to know won’t last much longer. I had to stay in home suffering part of time. Had to find 2 different places to stay. Your company would not let the contractor try to get broken part in a timely manner. Please contact me by phone regarding charges for month charges that I HAD NO air at all yet deducted $$!

Repair company called on Sunday to schedule service on Monday from 8a-9a Tech called me at 745am on Monday to say he was 20 minutes away. He fixed the issue and was gone by 825am. I'd say this was FANTASTIC!

United States | 07 November 2024Our refrigerator been broken for over a month. They already sent a contractor twice and now they’re saying it’s gonna take another month for another part. The contractor they sent has horrible reviews. This the most ridiculous service we have ever got. For those who are thinking about getting this insurance, be careful don’t waste your money. It is a scam. We contacted the customer service to voice our concern and it seems like no one cares. It is a shame that big company’s like that can’t use logic and Common sense to provide a good service for their customers.

We forwarded him pictures of the serial number and set a date when he would come out. He showed on time and with the part needed for the repair. He was in and out in less than 15 min. He was courteous and answered our questions.
