I contacted NT due to a possible problem with my account. This was quickly resolved. I was then able to discuss with customer service rep. regarding questions about how my account was set up. He quickly clarified things to me. I wish I had contacted them much sooner. He also followed up with me with additional info I will act upon. Being able to talk to a helpful, knowledgeable, and personable human, is over the top!

The support person was very easy to talk to, and was quickly able to resolve my issue. My call was quickly scheduled after my request for support. By doing a virtual session on my laptop he was easily able to see and correct my issue.

Joseph knows his stuff. He fixed the problems right away.
