I set an appointment with customer support and got a prompt call back the next day. My support representative was very thorough in his evaluation to make sure he understood the program. The problem was not with the platform but with an add on that I installed. Kudos to Christopher, my support rep, for his patience as he went through the steps to get the info in the platform back up and running.

Don't put any money in this company, they will not let me withdraw any of my money, will not issue a check or let me withdraw from my bank account, called them well over 10 times ,the biggest scamer alive, I hope you all can't sleep at night, I hope the security and exchange commission will do something with you

NinjaTrader platform support was timely and through. Within the hour of filing a support email, emails with possible solutions were received. That evening, I was able to address 99% of the issue; however, the last error message required a technician to work directly on my computer. An appointment was set up that evening, a confirmation email was sent that morning, and the technician called right on time. The last 1% took about an hour to resolve. Joe was on the phone with me the whole time, explaining what he was doing and why. He tried many different possible resolutions, and was always patient and professional. Thank you!
