I bought the Hiplok Airlok and it is an extremely well made product providing a secure wall mount for my bike. The large diameter holes to be drilled for the wall fixings require a powerful SDS drill.

I can carry on my hips, and also I felt more secure when I park my bike.

I like this Hiplock! It's easy to use with its 3-number combo and it fits easily in my jersey pocket. A great lock to carry on road bike rides so that I can make coffee stops. Like!

Lock on new one failed to open after a couple of days. Expensive. I do have another which works okay but the numbers are a little small.

I use The Z Lok Combo for my helmet lock, easy to use and won’t scratch my helmet.

Had issues with the shipping partner to EU as I am based in Ireland. Communication and responsiveness was super from the staff in Hiplok, love the product too !

Had an Issue with partial order delivered. CS was responsive and shipped the remainder of order quickly, no hassles.

I’ve used your products (a few of them) in the past, and they are excellent. It’s my last order that is frustrating. But I don’t blame the company or the product I’ve ordered, its the nature of the times. Just hope I get my item soon.

Fast delivery and amazing products

I was not informed that a hefty import tax would be coming my way after ordering from Hiplok, a UK brand, to the EU. Though this is not the main responsibility of Hiplok, a disclaimer upon purchase would have been greatly appreciated. The rest of the service was good. But this became way pricier than expected.

What a great idea. I love the build quality. I bought the Z Lock which I mainly use on my roof mounted bike rack when I run into the coffee shop and the Z combo lock for all other duties that require some security.

Products are great, but you should warn people that your a British company, and that you could be extra charged for import!!! This is costed me 50% extra costs!!! Not funny...

This company sets the "gold standard" for customer service. They are a joy to work with. Very prompt in responding to any question you have, provided new parts for us, when something wasn't working properly (probably "user error"). We can't recommend them more highly.

At the moment there is a lot of hassle ordering goods form the UK especially when you are in Europe, e.g. Germany. The German customs are super slow and they do extra charge customers for no reason when they order stuff from the UK. This happened to me and I am giving the company HipLok a great review and 5 stars because they helped me A LOT dealing with all that customs trouble. The company has been nothing but super customer friendly and fair giving the horrible circumstances they are in due to Brexit. I think HipLok is very fair and trustworthy.

The learning curve is relatively high till one gets used to locking and unlocking the lock, as it's a bit fiddly. But the security seems to be very good, it has a very secure feel about it. And I was surprised to find out that the 2.2 KG isn't really noticeable at all when you wear it as a belt. Hopefully it'll keep my Vanmoof safe for a long time to come :-)
