Due to moving into our house during lockdown, our cat was desperately missing her freedom! As soon as they were able to, Cat Out of Glass came and measured our glass and within 2 weeks our catflap was fitted. Being a teacher I wasn’t able to take any time off of work so Cat Out of Glass was able to come out on a Saturday to fit the glass and flap. The flexibility was greatly appreciated! This is the second time I’ve used Cat out of Glass and they were brilliant again. My email was answered within an hour and the order was taken, paid for and processed the next day. My cat flap was then fitted the next business day. CJ is early an expert in all aspects of his business and his advice and support (especially concerning my first cat flap) was first rate. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality service that is also extremely good value. They sourced my cat flap for the same price as I could buy it on Amazon and the fitting cost was minimal. Excellent all round.

Great experience, CJ and Sarah were so helpful throughout, CJ came to measure up for us and was super friendly and professional. He remembered us when he came back the second time to fit the glass which was nice. The fitting took no more than 20/30 mins and the result looks brilliant, he even cleaned the glass before he left. Sarah was in constant communication with us about the fitting and the new precautions they had in place during the pandemic. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough really happy. Thank you

When we first moved in to our house a few years ago we didn't think a catflap was feasible through double-glazing. Everything I read on the internet said "didn't work, too expensive, ruins your double-glazing etc" so we gave up. We revisited this recently as letting our cat in and out had become somewhat annoying! We happened upon Cat Out Of Glass and, in particular, the Sure Petcare catflap. This is a company which specialises in fitting cat doors and so rather than get some local tradesperson, we opted for them. We self-measured (no issues) and the new glass and catflap was fitted within the hour when CJ came onsite. The cat took only a few hours (with some treats) to work out how to use the catflap. No issues. Such a great service and good product and great customer service. Highly recommended.

Sarah was very quick to respond via email, she helped answer all my questions and kept me informed on the process of the job. CJ was wonderful, very quick, efficient and friendly. Took him no time at all to fit the glass. The glass took a little longer then expected (factory closed because of covid-19) but this was through no fault of Sarah and CJs and as mentioned Sarah kept me informed of the process. The job was completed in about 6 weeks, but tlw were waiting 5 weeks for the glass factory to reopen. We already had the cat flap and love the sure pet brand, which is used by the company. Very simple and easy to use. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
