From beginning to end the whole experience with the lovely team at Cat out of Glass could not have been better and I can’t recommend them highly enough! Easily the best end to end experience from any ‘tradesmen’ I’ve ever had. They were very friendly, helpful, quick to reply to every question and very accommodating with my two scared little rescued fur babies. They clearly love cats and that makes a big difference. The online ordering is very easy, the order was quickly turned around and the fitting was quick but done properly, and he also took the time to run through the tips and tricks of how the cat flap worked (we got the Microchip Sureflap connect which I also recommend!). We even had a follow up email to check everything was ok. Fab. We were very very pleased with the whole experience, thank you Cat out of Glass!

Quick and good service

Right from the initial enquiry they stood out from the pack. Other people I messaged either didn’t reply or it seemed as though I was an inconvenience. Not Cats Out of Glass. Sarah took my initial enquiry and helped arranged an appointment to measure my window. From this appointment it took a week to get the glass cut and CJ was really great and fitted the new glass really quick. He showed me how to use the new cat flap. Absolutely top class service from start to finish. Would not hesitate in using them again or recommending.

Great experience from start to finish. My query was responded to quickly with lots of good advice, followed by a visit to check and measure and the glass and cat flap were fitted a week later. I couldn't be happier.

We were very happy with the service provided by cat out of glass. They responded quickly to enquiries, kept us fully up to date on the process, reassured us about measurements, and CJ who fitted the new double glazed unit was friendly and efficient. Would recommend to all. They were also slightly cheapest on price out of the quotes I got.

I could not recommend Cat Out of Glass highly enough. We have had two cat flaps fitted with them and each time their communication was the fastest and most professional I have experienced with any service provider for a home product. They are extremely reliable and could not do more to ensure that you understand the product and what's best for you/your home/your cat. They even helped us enormously when we realised we needed Dual Scan Connect (so we could have curfew controls) instead of the original SureFlap and bent over backward to fit us in for a re-fit. I wish all services were as well run as this!! Absolutely worth it versus installing flaps yourself - they are professionals. Small cost to pay for ease, peace of mind and great service.

Cat out of Glass were friendly, helpful and definitely highly recommended. I managed to use their self-measure guide with no issues and appreciated their responsiveness by email. The installation itself was quick and I appreciated the tips on the cat-flap set-up.
