CJ and Sarah are a wonderful team. Absolutely professional to a T and super efficient. Communication was the best I have received from a professional services company and I would highly recommend them. A very smooth transaction even in the face of complications from Covid. Made the whole process completely stress free and the end result was incredible. Little Bingo is delighted with his new door, as am I. A wonderful job.

When the glass panel with our existing cat flap in blew, and then the cat flap itself went wrong, I looked online for companies to replace it. Having approached a few companies, Cat Out of Glass were by far the most helpful, efficient and simple to arrange. Sarah who managed my request clearly knows her stuff inside out - and as a first step, recommended I check the date of previous installation and any guarantee before committing to a new panel and flap. They're clearly passionate about what they do. The installation itself was seamless, tidy and completed within 30 minutes. Considering the labour, glass made to measure, new flap and swift installation, the cost was good value for money too. I can't recommend them enough - thanks Sarah and CJ for a great job.

Couldn’t imagine a better service.

I needed a cat flap fitted after unexpectedly adopting a couple of feral cats. All my interactions with the company were good. I was even getting responses well out of office hours. CJ who came to fit the cat flap did a fantastic job. He arrived on time, was very quick and didn't leave a mess. He even gave me tips on getting the cats used to using the cat flap. I can't recommend them enough. It's actually quite refreshing to come across a company that is as good as its word! I would definitely use them again

Right from first enquiry to fitting it has been excellent service. Sarah was very communicative on text and emails and the information supplied was always very helpful. CJ tuned up on time and with no trouble at all had the old panel out and the new panel with cat flap fitted in no time. I cannot believe how easy and straightforward it was to have a cat flap installed in glass. The ordering online was easy to follow (I can understand why it has to be so thorough) and planning a date was good and accommodating too. The installation was just brilliant- the workman (sorry I didn’t get his name) was on time, friendly, efficient and knew exactly what he was doing. It was so quick and straightforward - done in about half an hour. A full explanation about how the cat flap worked with the microchips, we even managed to get the cats registered with the flap there and then. It was all so good, brilliant, thank you.

The guy who came and installed our microchip operated cat flat was amazing, so positive and helpful, a little ray of sunshine. It was programmed quickly and easily. One of the cats is using it fine. The other one is going out but not using it to come back in – but she will learn. And saw the intruder ca who has been spraying in our home trying to get in without success this morning – result!!!

I cannot thank Sarah and CJ enough. I have never had better customer service. Ever. From the very first point of contact to the final installation day their communication was second to none. So speedy, informative and friendly. Special thanks to CJ for not only fitting the cat flap beautifully but also swapping the blown unit out and fixing the dropped door where others had previously failed! As for the cats using the cat flap, they had a good sniff around and are getting used to it... but we won’t turn it on or set it up until the catio is built, as they are indoor cats and the new cat flap will lead directly to that enclosure, but with the current climate I’m not sure how long it will take to have that installed. I cannot thank this family business enough, I wish them all the best, their work ethic is commendable. Thank you.

I went with Cat Out Of Glass because they were the best in terms of price and had loads of great reviews. Lots of communication and availability plus the benefit of an easy payment system! CJ was really lovely and obviously loves cats. The whole process was done in a flash, no mess or noise as the cutting was all done in his van! If only getting my cats to understand how to use a simple cat flap was so easy!
