Both Sarah and CJ are very friendly and professional. They fully explained me before hand how the cat flap would be installed and their time frame to complete the job. About one week after my payment, the glass was ready. At the fitting day, It took about 15 minutes for the cat flap to be installed. All clean and shinning!

Sarah had a really lovely disposition and made me feel satisfied I’d chosen the right company . All my questions ( and there were a few !) were answered. CJ came to fit and it was all done very professionally and quickly , I chose the pet tech slimline cat flap. Which looks very smart . With regards to price they came in at about £50 cheaper than competitors and the fitting time came in about a month before others so all round a win win ! Very happy and would highly recommend. With the cold weather coming, I needed to get a cat flap fitted into my patio door to allow my cat out without leaving an arctic gale coming through the open door! Their response was speedy and exceptional, giving you all the information you could need to make an informed choice. Sarah promptly emailed me with a quote and we discussed the arrangements for CJ to come out and measure up/order the glass. Both were friendly and knowledgable and really made me feel I’d made the right decision. Fantastic company to deal with, great communication and a quick turnaround from measuring to fitting. Sarah in the office is an absolute pleasure to speak to and she leaves no stone unturned. CJ was super quick at fitting the new pane of double glazing glass with the cat flap, he knows exactly what he is doing, a true professional. Was looking for a local company to install a cat flap into a glass panel and found Cat Out Of Glass online. Reviews looked good so went with it. I had a lot of questions as it turned out the panel was slightly too narrow for what I wanted, and with a large cat I needed a larger cat flap. Sarah was very patient with me, answering all my questions and when CJ came to measure and then install, he was quick and efficient, doing a great job. My cats are very nervous but fortunately they’re quite curious too so it wasn’t long before their microchips were programmed to the reader in the cat flap. Hopefully in a few more days they’ll figure out that they can come and go as they please, instead of waking me up early!

We had a cat flap installed 7 years ago and since moved so we came back to Cat out of Class. Sarah and CJ are a great example of the best duo in terms of working relationship. They want you to have the best customer experience and they are clearly experts at providing by going above and beyond from the first to the last communication post job being completed. This is the second time I’ve used CJ and Sarah for a cat-flap fitting and just as the first time we’re so pleased with the service. They do an absolutely excellent job. From start to finish they are a really clear, efficient and lovely to boot. Would most definitely recommend and if we ever move again they will be who we call.

From the first email to the final fitting the team were super kind, efficient and friendly. The 'do-it-yourself- measuring had me scared at first after a previous conversion mixup for a window - however the fool-proof system was great and everything fitted perfectly on the day of the fitting. We were also shown clearly how to set the door up which we did just after CJ left, and young Sammy Sprat the tabby cat is already loving the new personal escape away from the kids! All the existing glass was taken away at our request and we even got a reminder email to activate the warranty etc. Can't really fault any part of the experience! Thanks again!
