Fantastic company and would give 10 stars if I could. I ordered a cat flap within a new double glazed unit and I couldn’t be happier. Sarah & CJ were very helpful, arranged the survey quickly and answered all queries. The whole process was made so easy. I was kept updated on the progress of my order and when the install date and time was set, they came as promised. I’d recommend anyone thinking of a a cat flap install to contact these guys.

I can't recommend Cat Out of Glass enough. It really was five star service from end to end. They visited to measure up and a complete glass panel (full length and double glazed) was ordered to fit within two weeks. The fitting process was very fast and professionally done, and the team were great. We had loads of information on the process and the cat flap itself is just what we needed.

Sarah and CJ were brilliant. We measured our door but as CJ was in the area he popped round and confirmed the measurements. Sarah kept us informed of order progress and arranged a fitting time that suited us. CJ was quick and efficient and kept his working area tidy. We used Cat Out of Glass a few years ago to fit our cat flap and they were fantastic. We had to contact them again recently as (through no fault of theirs) we needed the cat flap replaced. I'd been looking for a company that fitted cat flaps in double glazed unit's and Cat Out Of Glass were exactly what I was looking for. I self measured my door glass following the instructions sent by Sarah. CJ arrived on the planned date and fitting was as straight forward as it gets. CJ was polite, courteous and very helpful, explaining everything clearly as he installed the replacement glass and fitting the cat flap. He explained how to get our cat's Chip recognised by the cat flap, cleared his tool's away and disposed of of old glass unit for us. Cat Out Of Glass provide an A* service for a very good price. So happy with every aspect!! From the initial enquiry to the fitting Sarah and CJ were amazing. Excellent communications throughout, and a great price too. CJ came to measure up and fit the cat flap in my glass door, gave me some good tips and even fixed the door as it had dropped slightly. Extremely happy with everything.

Amazing service! Just had a microchip cat flap fitted. The service was excellent throughout the process, from initial contact, communications and install. I chose the self-measure option and was pleased how easy it was to do, despite my trepidation, it was all fine.
