Covid recovery certificate service. Very fast communication when I had questions on the documents you accept, thanks Audrey who was very helpful. I then faced a problem where I had put the wrong date in apparently, for the test date so watch out for that. There is no logic in their forms to verify dates. You don't get a page where you can check the awners so you really have to be careful filling out the forms. Covid wasn't around in 1974 but the form let me submit that it seems. Shortly thereafter I received an email that my certificate rejected based on wrong date. I emailed support and within half an hour David helped me and I was able to redo the form without having to pay again and I received my recovery certificate within a short moment. Good value at £28 too. Thank you for quick turnaround and resolution!

Result took 3 days to come through, 2nd time I have used and has been too slow to be useful given most places require a negative result within 48 hours of arrival!

Very quick efficient service

Never received the tests, spoke to agent who told me to go to Boots and use theirs to submit so an extra £9.80 on top of what I paid. Done tests and one of the certificates had the wrong DOB on it, this was at 12.30pm, I did book the 6 hour service. Contacted them at 1pm and they sent me a link to alter this, which I did. By 4pm still no updated certificate so again I spoke to an agent and told them my flight was at 4am the following day so needed this. By 8pm still nothing arrived. Again online speaking to agent who told me I will have this by the morning. Next morning I woke up and NO certificate. We could not fly without this so we missed our flights/holiday. The day I again contacted this company and told them the situation, they said the certificate was sent. (It wasn't)... The evening I asked for a full refund plus the £9.80 I had to pay for the tests. I was told I was not getting any refunds. That evening at 10.30pm I finally received the certificate, 33 hours after I submitted them. The certificate had the date and time on the cert proven this was never done when I was promised. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. We missed our holiday due to them. This was over a week ago and guess what, the LFT's still haven't arrived so more than likely it was never sent. I have contacted my bank to claim the money back from this fraudulent company.

Very accurate tests and affordable price for 5 tests. It picks up the new varient of covid which is very useful as the old ones would not.

Bought the tests Tuesday morning for 48 hour tracked service. Tests still have not arrived 6 days later. We fly on Friday so I can't trust that if they finally arrive that the results will reach the lab in time. They wouldn't issue a refund even if I rejected the tests at the door and you can't send back by courier £80 wasted

I was very pleased how quickly they arrived. Will use them again if I need any more

2x multi boxes of 4 Covid Lateral Flow self tests ordered on 3/9. It is now 12/9 and no sign of any delivery despite promise of just a few days delivery time

Do NOT ORDER from here!!! I Ordered a test from here and paid extra for next day delivery as I needed the test the next day and the test didn’t turn up and I called up the company and they blamed Royal mail instead of taking accountability although I didn’t even get to use the test and it was useless for me they still didn’t refund me my money.. Horrible company wouldn’t recommend to anyone, you’re better off going to the clinics who give you same day results

Delivered on time & tests easy to use but as I ordered 20 I thought there would be multiple tests in the boxes, not very eco friendly so only 4 stars.
