This would be better if it was a seven day service

Ordered test and it arrived very quickly. However, it was VERY slow to receive. I paid extra for rapid results and it still took like 4 days. I needed it earlier but lucked out because the country I was flying into got rid of the PCR requirement THE DAY I WAS FLYING. I received the test after I had arrived to my destination. Had I needed it, I wouldn’t have been unable to board my flight.

Product good. Arrived 2 days later than expected

We received the tests ahead of our holiday at the end of the month about 3 days after ordering - there was a postal strike which delayed the delivery by a day.

Waste of money, not easy to follow the instructions

Still waiting for product to be delivered 5 days after I ordered it.

Still have not received my test and it’s 2 days late already

I am sorry but I retain my original rating as poor delivery partner, the Royal Mail, should not be an acceptable excuse; if a delivery issues are anticipated then alternative delivery sourcing should kick in. My other online orders are getting through within 1, 2 3, days as promoted (e.g Amazon, DPD & others). Testngo are still advertising as 24 hr delivery service in the meantime. The Royal Mail states they try to deliver the test kits as a priority but so far, regrettably, I see no sign of the Test Kits neither.

9th Sept - Easy to order but still not received yet. 10th Sept - I have now received my order but not within the 48hr expected period therefore I would recommend early ordering if required for an event. There may have been disruption to the process due to Royal Mail taking strike action perhaps.

Came on time, got the test results as negative within 3 hours. I am now writing this in Spain after having past the covid test. 2 thumbs up.

Not happy at all asked for a refund and they refused to give me one .Will not use this company again

Complicated and not clear

I ordered for next day delivery urgently. 5 days later they still haven't arrived. I don't need them anymore!

I paid for delivery 48hrs which was due to be delivered on the 7th of September it's now the 9th and I still have received my parcel, we fly out 2am in the morning so will now have to pay for another test,I am now back from holiday and still not received the test, I had to pay a further £39 to get another test done!

Awful service. I am still trying to get a refund as the certificates were not provided in time for us to fly. I chased and chased this. They arrived after we had been in resort 24 hours. Do not use.

The service was very prompt. The only reason this did not receive 5 stars was that I ordered 25 tests: I had not expected these to be 25 individual tests, which take up rather a lot of room. This was not clear from the order page and, as my last supply was one box of 20 tests, something of a surprise. However, as there are few non - NHS suppliers of these tests, at least I was able to receive what I needed very promptly

Easy online process. Test kit arrived promptly and test certificate came through on time, no problems, no drama, would recommend.
