We ordered concrete for our extension foundations . The driver arrived on schedule and was very helpful . He offered us help covering the tarmac to avoid staining from the concrete. We asked a few companies for quotes and found NWH very competitive with other suppliers. We found the mix on site lorry was exceptional for us and would recommend this service to everyone. I can only say a big thanks to the team at NWH and I look forward to working with them again in the future

Absolutely fantastic service from NWH, I deal with Graham malko who tells me he (loves a challenge) , and I'm sure I've put this man to the test a few times 😂, pulls it out the bag every time. Got to say thanks for the help he has provided when I've been in a struggle and a massive thanks to his full team and the drivers for putting up with me requesting deliverys late on and staying back to help me out in a time of need, (pretty sure the people of Edinburgh will appreciate this too tbh if they knew the effort the full team put in). Have found Jennifer from MWH excellent to deal with. Any queries were answered quickly and the goods required were delivered to site the following day. Always kept informed...even when changes were made to the order last minute.

Pinocchio’s Children’s Nurseries have been very happy with the service that we have received from NWH for our waste collection. In particular Michelle Lindsay has been extremely helpful. She is always professional. I would recommend anyone thinking of changing waste companies to contact Michelle, as she will ensure that you will get the best services for your needs. Her customer service is second to none.

Took 3 times to bring the bin initially, still waiting on bin pick up. Drove all the way to premises, to provide access for times stated in contract 10-6, nobody was ever around. Evening operator says that driver was around 11.00 and gates where closed. Either positive reviews are staged or something went really downhill in management. Currently considering to proceed with termination of contract based on service not being delivered. Update: I was contacted by Nicola to further investigate and resolve the issue which we did eventually. She eliminated all assumptions made by drivers which were resulting in negligence of middle processes between me waiting on service and them actually bringing it. As of now it looks like bins can be picked up according to schedule, without excuses from drivers and everything work just as expected. Which I am truly grateful for. On this note, I must point out, most of the time nowadays actually resolving issue takes more organisation and courage that just refunding or terminating contract. And if future shall not bring other hiccups I might fully regain trust in this company.
