Hired a skip from NWH after our builder recommend them. Easy process, paid and given a 4 hour delivery slot for the following day as requested. Skip arrived during delivery window, no issues. We contacted them this evening to ask for it to he collected before Christmas and they've booked a collection for tomorrow (with less than 24 hours notice). Last minute call out as let down by another company and Ewan D, NWH Road Sweeper Operator came out and saved the day! Extensive lancing of the road, paths etc, even in the fantastic Scottish winter rain! Got the job done and its fantastic! Went the extra mile to make sure that the road, path & parking area for my Barratt Homes sales area is clean & tidy for my prospective clients. Fantastic attention to detail and can't recommend highly enough!

Very easy to work with, Had issues with previous suppliers, switched collections over to NWH and was put in touch with Ryan, made the process as easy as could be, and ensured there were no disruption in collections whilst the switch over took place

Michelle Lindsay has been our account manager for our contract. She has always been helpful and supportive and has always been very reactive to any issues that have arose.

Ryan Connolly was very helpful in getting our account set up. Due to the Covid-19 regulations and extra sanitizing our waste has doubled since opening our business back up and The NWH Group have been a massive help in waste management.
