First, I would like to congratulate this company for their attention to customer service and in particular Ahmed their company representative. His assistance with my purchasing and eventually having to exchange the jacket that I purchased was outstanding. He was very receptive of my concerns regarding my purchase and stayed in contact with me continuously via email throughout the process; responding promptly to all of my inquiries. It is solely on the strength of my interaction with him, that I anticipate on doing business with this company in the future. Thank you Ahmed and I hope your employers realize what a valued employee you are.

Ordered the trucker jacket and I am more than pleased with the delivery and the garment itself is absolutely top quality and looks and fits great as if made to measure .I am borderline XL/2XL and went for the larger size .Would certainly recommend and will use again .Easily 5 stars from me.

Waited nearly three weeks for delivery - when the jacket finally arrived it looks nothing like the picture online. The leather feels like plastic and there isn't anything vintage about the look of the jacket. Very disappointed with the overall look of the jacket.

PayPal had to step in and force the refund. They will not respond to your plea for a refund, their stitching is horrible and the quality is not as per the images! Be warned! They are not based in US or UK etc, they are in Pakistan and the cloths come via Arab Emirates (strangely enough). Save yourself the pain!

Waited weeks for delivery. Wore item (jacket) once and within 2 hours it had ripped by itself, with no external factor such as catching. Have sent 3 emails with photos and no response. The Whatapp number provided is not listed on WhatsApp. This is a scam company. AVOID

Not a great experience for me overall. I ordered a Pea Coat. It was a poor fit and felt cheap overall. For less money you can get a Montgomery duffle coat which is made in England and twice the coat in terms of material and quality. When I tried to get a refund it took ages for them to respond. I actually called up my bank to consider my options. But I decided to give them another day and I finally got an email with return instructions. Even after return I had to remind them to give me a refund after they had the coat back for over a week.

Ahmed stayed in communication with me the whole time from order to delivery and followup. The coat is well made of high quality leather and fits perfectly. I will definitely order from HAWK & BULL again!

I like the quality of the product. The leathetlr is real and it fits well. I also like the maintenance and care card that came with the product. Once my email finally reached "someone" in Hawk & Bull, the coat was shipped in less than a week. Prior to that here is what I went through: 1. I placed the order online using a legitimate credit card. Everything appeared to process correctly and a purchase order was generated. However, I waited a day or so for an email confirmation but it never happen. After about a day or so I went to your website and sent an inquiry email requesting a status update. No response. I waited again a few days and repeated email inquiry, which contained the order number, my email address and my phone number. Still no feedback from Hawk & Bull. I called the number on your contact website three times but the answering service kept saying in English and French "if you know the person's number you are trying to reach please dial it now". I could not reach a live person. Finally, I went to the refund section on your website and explained that I have not received a response from Hawk & Bull. Within a day I got an email response back stating that someone is working on my refund. The next email i received stated that my package is being shipped. Within a few days I received the coat. My recommendations: Have someone or automate the monitoring of all emails. (You had my order number which should always be monitored by your system) Add more options on your phone whether you are open or close. A client should have more than one you reach you. Good customer service will always yield repeat customers. Review your service process daily until you get it right. Ensure your employees are properly trained and enjoy what they are doing. Those are my thoughts. Your reputation will based on quality products and the BEST CUSTOMER YOU CAN OFFER.

I read the full range of reviews and I’m pleased to say I had a positive experience. I was initially charged twice but after I raised this Ahmed promptly replied and the money was re debited within two days. My jacket arrived within 10 days from my order (I ordered late on a Friday evening) and I am pleased with it and regard it as well made and as advertised. I would prefer a tighter fit as I ordered a medium- chest 40-42 and I measure exactly 42 chest and 32 waste but the whole jacket is looser than I would like but hey, it’s still a cool looking jacket and excellent value for money.

Hawk and bull was a much better company than I expected,they exceeded expectations on fast delivery and quality product. I will order from them again if I need another leather jacket.

Ordered a jacket in November and still waiting. Emailed the customer service email address multiple times and ignored. Requested refund.

I love the jacket. The lining to extremely warm. Nothing is getting through that. The leather is rugged. Not a shiny leather. It looks "worn" and I wasn't sure if I'd like that, but I do. I'm 6'2", 235 and I ordered the 3X. It's a perfect fit. Arm length included. Having worn it for a full day, if I have one complaint about the jacket, it would be that the pockets are a little too high to be functional. Possibly for a shorter person, but for someone of my height with the long arms that I have it's more uncomfortable trying to use the pockets than not using them.  Still a wonderful coat! 

Very nice quality item better than expected, ordered black and blue jacket as the one seen in Spectre James Bond. The style is as good as it gets and fits very well. I am 5'9" 210lbs and the XL is perfect. Had a similar jacket from a well know make and although half the price it is nowhere near as good as this one, you get what you oay for and I recommend you look no further if you want a jacket like this.

Received the jacket I ordered in good time . Unfortunately it wasn’t what I was looking for but still good quality. Sending it back was really easy and I got my money back no problem . Ahmed was exceedingly helpful and efficient.

Received my order. Ordered a Large but it was too small. I rechecked the size chart and had it correct. This is the size the man always wears. However, my complaint is that the jacket does not have a label with the size. So, I believe this Company sent the wrong size and I feel that they should pay the return and offer to send the CORRECT size with a size label. The customer has to pay to return it.

The jackets we ordered were delivered promptly. The quality was great and sizing perfect.

I spent £169 on a jacket advertised as real leather and sheepskin, but what I received was worse than a Primark jacket—and it smelled REALLY bad. The quality was absolutely shocking! I contacted the company, and although they took a few days to respond, they promptly sent me return instructions. They asked me to cover the return shipping costs, promising a refund once they received the item. Surprisingly, they refunded both my money and the courier fee even before the jacket reached their storage. I wouldn’t recommend this company, as the product quality is extremely poor, but I was impressed by their surprisingly efficient customer service.
