The jacket itself was beautifully made and of excellent quality. The price was also very good. It was purchased as a Christmas present for our son and was very well received. We couldn’t be happier with this purchase really.

From online selection to them asking for measurements was great. The jacket arrived within about 2 weeks, custom made to my measurements that I provided using their chart. The jacket is well made, the leather is soft. They followed up with me to ensure I received the jacket by courier and if I liked it. They care about their customers. I paid $179 for the jacket. I would give it an overall rating of 90% compared to a jacket you might find in a store that was about $800. So it’s not just as good as one that is 5x the price but more than good enough to be happy and admittedly I’m a picky person. I gave it 5 stars for overall value, experience and satisfaction. Would I order again; yes. And this is really the best way to judge satisfaction, would you do it all again given your customer experience, and yes I would.

Outstanding customer service, great quality product and reasonably fast delivery considering international shipping. Unfortunately my jacket didn't fit properly so make sure you get the right measurements cause you will have to cover all the return costs if you want a refund/different size.

The team were really helpful and kind. They got in contact to double check my size. The delivery was sent in time. It was late arriving but that was down to situations out of hawk and bulls control. Whenever I got in contact they were quick to respond. The jacket itself is incredible. It fits me comfortably and looks amazing. Am already looking forward to wearing it and it will be going to comic con next year. Definitely recommend.

Ordered the RAF inspired bomber jacket. I contacted the store beforehand for help with sizing as it is a gift for my partner. Staff were helpful and advised about the size. Order has been processed very quickly and received it promptly. I opened it to check against one of the jackets and the size is perfect. Can't wait for Christmas unveiling.
