I didn't think it would get here as fast as it did considering the pandemic so I appreciate every single person that took hours of their day to make me such a beautiful leather jacket. It's something that I will cherish and keep pristine for as long as I possible can.

Excellent customer service! When I ordered my Bomber jacket, they immediately contacted me to get more precise measurements to ensure a good fit. The jacket was ordered and in my hands is less than one week! A perfect fit - I am now as snug as a bug in a rug on even the coldest days!

The jacket is not what was advertised. The leather was not distressed. The shoulder pads and arm bands are not light gray. The red is much more vibrant. I've decided to keep to jacket, however. The fit is outstanding. The customer service and response speed was adequate. Shipping was lighting fast from Pakistan to the United States. The purchase experience overall was phenomenal.

Very pleased with my purchase and the customer service was excellent. The initial email checking my measurements, the accurate tracking updates, and the speedy delivery were all much appreciated. The parcel arrived bang on time, beautifully packaged although the presentation case seems a bit excessive now we're supposed to be reducing plastic waste. The accompanying note about Hawk and Bull was a nice touch though. As for the jacket, it was an exact fit, well crafted and it looks awesome - I couldn't wish for better.

4 stars. Could have gone higher and could have gone lower. Ordered a jacket for my brother for Christmas. Apparently at checkout I didn’t put in an email, I don’t even know how it’s possible to order something nowadays without adding an email but anyway, never got any info on when it would ship ended up getting there well after Christmas. BUT the reason I gave 4 stars was when I emailed with questions the team and hawk and Bull went ABOVE AND BEYOND to answer questions and in a very timely manner. Customer service was top notch. And for that I’ll come back and purchase again.

I'd definitely recommend Hawk & Bull jackets, they've won over a new customer for sure! I stumbled upon their site from a web search and was a little apprehensive at first to make such a large purchase from a random company I'd never heard of, however after reading numerous great reviews I decided to take the chance. I wanted to get a jacket for my boyfriend as a Christmas gift, but was unsure which size to order. Their support team was super helpful and asked for his specific measurements to make a custom size/fit jacket. The jacket arrived super quick, within less than 2 weeks-and that's being shipped to Hawaii + it being a custom, made-to-order jacket! Absolutely stellar! My boyfriend is extremely pleased with his new jacket, I've lost count how many times he's told me how much he loves it and how perfectly it fits him. He's practically had it on non-stop since he opened the box! We are both very happy with the jacket :) My only concern, however all the other positives pretty much makes up for it, was the lack of updates after making the order. Online shoppers are so accustomed to getting an order confirmation and shipping update emails, and I didn't receive any with my order. So, this being the first time purchasing from them and somewhat blindly trusting a random company I came across from a google search, not getting any confirmation emails left me feeling a little anxious before the jacket arrived. This is the only reason I gave 4 stars. Other than that I'd say this was a very successful purchase and I'd definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for stylish, quality leather jackets!

Great experience, awesome coat. The cost actually ended up being everything I expected. Best cost I ever bought no lie. The order come from Pakistan 🙄🙄🙄, do a little concerned but after about 10 days it shipped and arrived in another 4. Packaging could be better, but the coat was in excellent shape. Hawk&Bull not bad.
