I had two different experiences the pickup was the worst I've ever seen I had to throw away my entertainment center because they refused to take it apart my cousin took it apart in 5 minutes and the Movers refused to take it apart they left my chest both items were on the list they even tried to leave my bed which was definitely on the list and I had to call several times. the drop off was especially easy the men put my bed back together but they work very hard sweating unfortunately I could not tip them because of the experience I went through with the pickup I had to buy two new TV stands because they refused to return to pick up my entertainment center my wooden chess I had to carry his chest in my car I would not use them again

Unfortunately had a bad experience with Dumbo Moving. They sent an unprepared crew who frequently left the truck unattended. The movers failed to wrap furniture with moving blankets resulting in significant damage. They also lost an item and shattered a large vase. Finally, the Company took no responsibility for the poor service. I strongly recommend using another company.

I've used these guys twice and will likely use them again. They do great work, have a good attitude, reasonable price, and work quickly.

My move and the Company's assistance have exceeded my expectations! Their service was excellent: friendly, prompt, efficient, kind, truthful, and flexible. They dealt with all of my belongings in record time and efficiency. My dog enjoyed their great service as well.

The gentleman were really pretty professional and got everything from location A to location B quite quickly and efficiently. I’ve used their service once before and am a return customer. I’ve also recommended Dumbo to a colleague who was also happy with the team. I hope I never have to move again but if I do, I’d use Dumbo in a heartbeat.

STAY AWAY. I would NOT wish using this company to move on my worst enemy. Booking them for your move will make your move stressful. 1. Their Google Ad says they charge $250 for 2 Movers, 3 Hours. When I got on the phone with them, they said they didn’t know what I was talking about and it’s actually $400. Then, when they arrived to my house they tried to tell me I have too much stuff and it’s going to be an extra $700. They wanted literally $1,100 from me to move from a 1 bedroom apt to another 1 bedroom apt. When I tried to discuss this issue with them, they were disrespectful - screaming at me and speaking down to me. This company is run by the evilest of evil people on the planet. 2. Their movers are dirty and smell awful upon arrival. They stink, are wearing clothes they look like they rolled out of bed in, and are just gross. On top of that their rude and nasty. A true representation of what this company stands for. You will feel so gross when they leave and your home will stink. 3. They were careless with my furniture. Kicking stuff around with their feet and hitting stuff against walls. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO MOVE. I had to use another company to move the stuff this ridiculous company did not take. Imagine having to leave half of your stuff at your old apartment and booking a 2nd company to come get it because the first company wants $700 additional dollars for a few shopping bags. INSTEAD of use DUMBO Moving, Use: Simply Moving or Roadway Moving. I ended up using Simply Moving and a friend of mine used Roadway recently. Much better experiences than the outright scam Peter and his co-conspirators are running at Dumbo Moving. Save yourself the headache and filthy experience.

They showed up when they said they would and did a good job of listening and planning my move. They moved items to storage and dropped off donated items efficiently. I appreciate their professional attitude and courteous manner.

Our two movers showed up early and worked hard for two hours straight with no breaks to unload our U-Haul and trailers. They were friendly and professional. Excellent movers and so much cheaper than any other quote that we got.

Highly recommend Rayden and Harry were great movers, the ease with which they moved significant and heavy items was admirable. All the fragile stuff was shrink-wrapped and was packed in the truck amazingly; they didn't waste any time and were cautious and extra-careful with all the furniture.

The worst experience. They confirmed pickup 1 month prior for 9-11 which we required. They called under 24 hours and said..1-4... then call back again .. 4-7. They showed up at 8:30PM. This was for a Udelaware Move out for college..😡😡😡
