Reasonable price, great service, very professional!

worst experience ever!! the company wanted an estimate of items . i estimated the correct volume but was low on the amount of boxes. they increased the charge after the movers were done and then texted and called harassing me that they needed their money NOW!!! they required complete amount the day prior to the move. the actual movers were kind and did their job efficiently. things were not treated well during the cross several state move. boxes were broken and plastic containers cracked. we tipped the movers generously with cash, but were then told that at least a 20% tip was required upon completion. nothing said about that prior and just another kick at the end. i will never recommend this company and warn you all to be very wary...they are dishonest in what they promise and they are not responsible for anything going wrong.

Had a great experience with Dumbo moving out of a Coop in Queens (fast COI no issues there) to a private house in Westchester. The price was competitive and the 3-man crew that showed up was extremely professional and did a great job wrapping and I moving everything carefully. Nothing was damaged or went missing. Good attitude from the crew.

Your movers were on time and took good care of our furniture. They put everything back together perfectly and placed it where we wanted it in our home.

They intentionally left some major stuff and bags even(which was added in list ) .and didn’t even compensate in form of money back or re-delivery. Worst experience ever

DUMBO Lost a few packages or better saying stole my boxes there was ps4,new kitchen stuff,new expensive statues my social security cards death certificate,birth certificate important documents in a steel box also my deceased husbands flag he was a war veteran they buried him with honors i cry 😢 everyday is very sentimental, why i say they thieve there was 2 trucks first truck was fine second truck the wut came drunk and high telling us before he starts we need to tip him $200 and argue with dumbo like he owns the company we paid the $200 and pay more and beyond to get my things stolen and because they said they won't. Harge you alot they will change their minds asking for more money so people RUN don't fall for them three months and no boxes

Loved this service. The movers were very efficient. Handled everything with care. The loaded everything from my storage unit, drove it to my house and took everything thing to the third floor and set everything up with beautifully. I will definitely use this service again. And the price fair and reasonable.

This company is incredible efficient, super nice people, and very much on top of the details - yet, no sense of pressure or forcing you to make decisions and lock things down! I also really appreciated all the info and tips they have on their website relating to moving.
