Considering all the stress with the house move, the last thing you want is to have problems with the moving company. These movers simply ticks all the boxes. They are very reasonably priced, provide professional service and do the job you require them to do. No more no less, everything arranged as smoothly as possible. Highly recommended. I was referred to them by a friend who highly spoke of their professionalism and I definitely experienced the same. All your questions are promptly answered before the booking is confirmed and seriously I can not think about anything I was unhappy with. I was moving from a ground floor flat to a house on a busy Saturday morning.

Weston and crew did such an excellent job helping us move. They were very diligent with the boxes and furniture and quickly moved things from our three-story townhouse. The office was also very accommodating when I called last to request a reschedule. I had a great experience with them, and I recommend them.

Had a great experience with Dumbo Moving. They were accommodating with adding a second pickup location after scheduling the initial reservation. The moving crew was efficient and even offered to help rearrange the furniture in the final area before heading out.

You should never use this company. I have used Dumbo for my last 3 moves over the last 7 years and each use has shown severe deterioration in the quality of their moving and customer service. The most recent experience in April of 2022 has been extremely disappointing. Not only did Dumbo cause significant damage to my building’s floorboards but they also damaged the hallways in the building we just moved into. The damages to the floorboards are more than $2,900 and the damages to the hallway put the damage bill from using these guys well into the multi-thousand dollar range. (And guess what - they will not cover a cent of it, so any damage from using this company will come directly out of your pocket, despite COIs for both buildings, insurance and irrefutable evidence proving Dumbo’s recklessness). When I used them in 2020 they also damaged my West Elm bookcase which cost a few hundred dollars. In each time using Dumbo the movers are very aggressive and demand excessive tips throughout the move, despite being late every time, taking ~2x longer than the allotted time to move in and out of respective buildings and causing significant damage to your belongings and property. Most of all I have found the militaristic style of Dumbo’s customer service and claims process to be very disappointing and offensive. Despite irrefutable evidence from security camera footage before the move and photographs after the move showing the $2,900 in damages Dumbo will never admit their mistakes. Dumbo Moving are dishonest and do not treat their customers with any respect at all and fight and argue with them to the death. All staff would benefit from proper customer service training and investment. I will never recommend Dumbo Moving to anyone and will never use their services again. Avoid this company like the plague. (Please allow the option for a 0 star submission!!).

Smith was a pleasure to work with through my relocation process. She was always prompt to reply and consistently followed up with phone calls and emails. My work schedule was extremely busy leading up to my relocation, so I was not always responsive or available to take phone calls or answer emails. She was very patient and understanding with this and still made the moving process easy and convenient. I appreciate her assistance during our relocation from ID to NY.

Brad in the office was extremely helpful. The movers showed up on time and were quick but very gentle with my daughter’s items. They even help her carry a couple of items to put on the curb. I was unable to help due to a knee injury. I will definitely use them again

Great moving! I had Gio and Ika they took my packed storage room with sinking boxes, and moved my items with care. They were great and I would definitely use Dumbo Moving again!!
