She was helpful from the first call to the last call, when doing a flooring project it can get difficult at times with the shades and tones of colour. I went for the herringbone design SHAM was there to update me on the latest trends and how the colours would appear. Overall I am happy with my new flooring! I’ve used Floors Direct a couple of times now, and have been really pleased with the products, the communication, and the delivery.

“Free” Samples cost me £11.94 postage which I though was justified if the samples sent were full boards however, I received very small, very broken samples that were not helpful in understanding if the boards would look good in our room. Postage on the package stated £3.35! I complained and was told the £8.59 was for transport to the post office! I’ll take my 50 sq/m order elsewhere.

A bit of a mixed review, great company but product is not as advertised at all. Product - I ordered the White maple herringbone LVT flooring. It is nothing like the picture at all, the picture is white and the flooring in real life is overall more grey oak beige tones. Thankfully I still like the appearance as I had no time to return and reorder such a large order. I am still disappointed it doesn't look anything like the picture on the website though. Company - great customer service, quick to email back or answer phone and answer any questions, I did not contact them about the above issue as I had 1 day until it was being fitted and knew there would be no resolve. Good company overall but do not order without a sample. I wish I had but time constraints meant this was impossible and I fell in love with the image on the site. More images are needed to really show the flooring properly. I do have images of this which I wish I could upload. Very disappointing when you spend hundreds on something gorgeous and have to settle for what actually arrived.

The initial ordering and delivery was good. However less than 12 months after having the flooring fitted there are issues. I’ve contacted the company multiple times to try and find out about the manufacturer because it supposedly has a 20 year guarantee and the manager has gone to ground. He’s apparently very rarely in the business and the rest of the people can not resolve this for me. I would not touch this company with a barge pole.

A good selection of floors to check, and free samples which is nice. One area the site falls short is in UI design. there is no reason why the screen would return to the top after adding every sample to my cart, meaning I need to scroll back down every single time.

Great customer service I had order a load of flooring through there website, but got told that the supplier couldn’t get hold of it, so they sent me out some samples. So picked another and was sent out a couple of days later. Great service. Thanks

This was the second time I had ordered stuff from Floors Direct. Service the first time was excellent (easy-to-use website, good price, speedy delivery) and that's why I used them again. Same excellent experience: highly recommended.

Nice and easy is all I can say. No gimmicks just a nice easy website to navigate. As long as you know you’re area size to cover, everything is worked out for you. No fuss, the only thing holding you back is making a decision on style and colour. Well done on a great easy website, order process and value for money.

Flooring ordered through the website. Not received flooring yet so not sure of the quality, however the website was very helpful and I’m looking forward to receiving the flooring.

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. Great priced and quality flooring. I am based in London and looked at a lot of flooring companies in my area and these guys were by far the cheapest. I ended up purchasing the griege herringbone laminate for hallway,”lounge and kitchen. Samples arrived swiftly and customer service was exceptional. My fitter had nearly ran out of packs the day before he was due to finish the job. Called them up and got another 6 packs by 10am the next morning with clear communication on delivery throughout. Would recommend these guys to anyone.
