We needed Fast delivery within 2 days because another supplier let us down and Floors Direct helped us out by rearranging delivery times and on top of that their like for like oak laminate floor was a lot less so i even saved money!!! I wish i used them the first time!!!

The worse company I have ever come across!!!! I ordered 5 boxes of white oak flooring with scotia. When the flooring came the scotia was completely different to the floor, and so I contacted Floors Direct Ltd to request a refund and the collection of the product. After 2 months of sending emails and repeatedly calling their offices they finally agreed to collect the wood. I agreed a date for collection, only for them to not come and collect. Then randomly a few days later they came to collect, without any notice. Luckily my father was in my property but the driver would only collect the wood and not the scotia. I was so mentally worn out that I couldn't be bothered fighting with them to come and collect the scotia, and so just asked them to refund me the cost of the wood. This was over a month ago. I am still waiting for over £150 to be refunded to me, and have scotia in my garage that is worthless and is just gathering dust. I have today emailed Floors Direct Ltd to put them on notice that if they fail to issue me with a refund then I will issue Court Prceedings against them. WORST COMPANY EVER - AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!! They may be cheap but they are cheap for a reason

I received some good advice on bathroom laminate and lvt followed by a price match which i was the deal breaker. the service was excellent and very happy with my floor.

I ordered online and found the webste very easy to use and not too much in your face. I ordered in the morning and the samples where swiftly delivered the next day and i chose the natural oak laminate flooring for my open plan lounge diner. it has some dark knots and deep grooves and it looks great - just what i was after.

I was looking for the quick step laminate flooring but found it very expensive floor so I start looking for alternatives. I shopped online and came to Floors Direct which had some cheap prices then I noticed they also do quick step so I checked their prices and they were surprisingly around 20% less than everywhere else I checked so I decided to buy it and I am so glad to have made that choice. I love the quick step brand its top quality flooring – its is more expensive than other brands but the price I paid with Floors Direct I couldn’t resist.

Ordered the solid oak - best price online, and the quality was superb. Made a repeat order a few months later for another room - again delighted. Sure it's a big delivery window (9-5 ish), but they do message you when they have an idea, and it's a small price to pay for the savings you'll make. Why spend thousands I say - solid oak from these guys is less than some laminates by some other companies - especially the well known ones. If you are worried about taking the risk of ordering online rather than going to see and touch yourself, have no fear! You can of course always order a sample - but I didn't bother as didn't want the one I wanted to become sold out!

Initial purchase / delivery fine. Couple weeks in noticing marks on laminate that won't clean off. Shop Recommended the supplied Kaindl ac4 laminate , this like any laminate should clean like brand new with its 30 year guarantee. Click system used and professionally laid by carpenter with no glue required. Can't clean any marks off so flooring looks awful, totally mottled, so all our visitors asking what's going on. All laminate cleaners tried in small isolated areas with no joy. Rang and emailed floorsdirect all through January who just ignored us or promised call backs that never came. In the end forced to go into the shop and in front of customers made to feel they knew nothing about the issue however they then miraculously found my emails ! Having sent wholesale supplier Marcardo rep to our home, he wiped the floor and confirmed the marks would not come off and needed a further independent inspection, however 5 weeks after this embarrassment and we are still waiting for an apointement. Chased up by ourselves several times a week, and the answer comes back we will send a cleaning kit ! So never was waiting for an inspection ! This issue still not moving forward or resolved. The public needs to buy products from retailers who communicate when there are issues, who honour their promises and guarantees and work with you to resolve problems. This has & is causing a great deal of stress and we have a useless laminate floor and are £720 out of pocket to date.

bought over 200m2 for renovation flats. have used floors direct a couple of times, no problems. excellent product for the money. seen a lot of bad reviews here but really friendly staff at showroom.

Ordered a lot of 12mm laminate flooring from this company over the phone a few months back. The guy that I spoke with ensured me they had "all" of the product in stock that I required and guaranteed the delivery date was accurate, I had a team of joiners booked for the following day to fit all the flooring, skirting and doors. Delivery day comes and no delivery. I get on the phone to Floors Direct and they say there was a "problem with stock" but assured me the flooring was on it's way the next day. Again no delivery and a team of 3 joiners sat on their hands waiting! On the phone to Floors Direct again and now they state they are "sorry" and the flooring will be coming on the weekend at an additional delivery cost which they will cover for me. How nice of them but what about the cost of the 3 tradesmen who cannot do any work because the floor MUST go down first? Typical...not their problem and a HUGE cost to myself! Eventually the flooring comes on delivery date 3 and the work goes ahead as planned. I spoke with Flooring Direct one last time to try and get some kind of compensation but in the end they did nothing and cost me an additional £400 in wasted tradesmen time and my time off work. Thanks for a rubbish servies Flooring Direct, I now pay an an additional £6 per pack of flooring from a local supplier but hey at least I can see the stock in front me. I can't fault the product I ordered from Floors Direct but they are lying sacks of crap and the customer service is some of the worst I have ever experienced. If I could give a zero star rating I would. Floors Direct Ltd don't waste your time responding to this review as I have no interest in your useless excuses.

Awful, poor customer service and poor quality laminate. Didn’t lie properly but would have to have paid £50 (nearly half of what we paid for the flooring) to deliver back to them for our refund! Shocking service, avoid at all costs.

A poor sub standard solid oak flooring. All knots imperfections and impurities are filled with a dark brown wood filler. Over 50% of the solid hard wood in the 23 packs we bought are covered in wood filler. The sample delivered was perfect, funny that!!!! This is false advertising of solid wood. Trying to get customer satisfaction is impossible now in the hands of MasterCard. it took 5 weeks of calls and emails before I could get through to actually speak to someone. The chap on the phone stated that it is the way it comes, all hard wood has wood filler. They simply do not care. AVOID DO NOT USE.

Ordered some laminate and accessories on 10/10/2017 late on that night received them on 14/10/2017.Excellent customer service and products.Ordered the studio millennium grey laminate, excellent quality.will be buying more in future.

Order arrived soaking wet on a pallet, telephoned and was told just to let it dry, this is laminate! However it does appear to be okay now. Then found exactly the same product from them considerably cheaper via eBay. Have emailed but no response so concur that they do not give any customer service or care about customers, if you do decide to buy do not buy direct from their web site go to eBay!!!

Absolutely rubbish!! Were advertising laminated flooring at a low price. Later found out it was a mistake on their end, however, are unwilling to honor the deal!! No customer service what so ever!! Will be taking this to trading standards

I made an order which I decided to cancel a few minutes later. I called over 10 times, sent 3 emails. The person who was responsible for cancellation was never there. The guy on the phone blamed PayPal for not being able to refund me. I was on the phone with them every day for 4 days without any result. I even got an email from them with a delivery date, even though I had asked them to cancel the order many times. So, I decide it to open a claim on Paypal. Today I received an email from PayPal saying that they have sent an email to the seller and I should wait for his response. After 30-40' I got my money back. BTW the cancellation email has not arrived yet. Never again. I prefer to pay a little bit more to someone with descent customer service. *****Reply***** Thanks for your fast reply. I wish you had reply to my emails that fast asking for cancellation. I never received any email back from you. As for the refund, the moment you issue a refund the paypal send confirmation to the buyer. THEN it takes 3-5 days to appear on bank account.

Purchased laminate flooring +two extra boards, these were a different type, worst after sales service I have ever experience, will not answer emails, will not return phone calls. had to pay for delivery for replacements.
