Floors Direct were the only company which had the top end laminate flooring I was looking for in stock. In addition their price was the lowest available and very reasonable for the product. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and delivery was very fast. No hesitation in recommending this company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Purchased flooring back in April to be fitted. Fitters came yesterday and were unable to fit it and were advised i would have to pay a cancellation charge,although this wasnt cancelled. Asked for a full refund today and the owner said he would think about it, bearing in mind he still has the products we paid £1400 for. Awful awful company. Do not know how to run a business. Have had to forward the matter to trading standards who are currently dealing with it. How they can keep the products, not deliver, and keep a customer's money is absolutely disgusting. They need to be closed down. We are currently £1,400 out of pocket with no resolution. Please do not buy from this company, there are plenty of other reputable, honest businesses to buy from.

Site generally fine to use, good prices and easy process but on mobile the reviews box on the bottom left, live chat and go up box on the right were covering what you were looking at, made worse when typing. Just needs a bit of work to hide this stuff.

The flooring did not reach Floors Direct on specified date, this was due to a fault from their suppliers. This in turn meant that my delivery had to be delayed by a day or two. The matter was dealt with very professionally and sympathetically by Sham. That is the only reason I haven't given the company a 5* review. The service was excellent and advice was very good, the flooring is the same high standard as always.

Young lady on customer service is very helpful and knowledgeable does not just try to fob you off gives best advice. I would definitely not take any notice of the current rating go in and see for yourself. Great products

Ordering was very easy. However the first delivery had damage on most of the floors packs. We contacted floors directly who were exceptionally quick at resending the full order and collecting the damaged floor. So overall a really good service and we would use them again.

Flooring was as described, had a email the next day to say when delivery was,driver called hour before and it turned up when said,very happy, Many thanks

Delivery stated 5-7 days mine arrived unexpected and I was not home so they charged me another £40 for re delivery. Disgraceful, £80 in delivery charges, they said they sent an e mail informing me of delivery but it didn’t go in my inbox. I don’t know what the floor is like as I am a pensioner I will have to wait until the boys lay it to find out. Beware people they are scammers with their delivery charges. I will not be buying from here again.

Ordered 19 boxes of flooring and they have sent 14 one colour and 5 another colour. Have emailed 3 times and no response. Have joiner here fitting the floor and cannot get an answer from anyone

I stupidly ordered the wrong floor and only realised once it was delivered. I telephoned the company and the lady was extremely helpful and organised collection and re delivery of the correct floor within a few days. Easy to order/good communication/product first class. Would highly recommend

I'm currently renovating a house and was looking for a oak style laminate floor with high gloss. I have now fitted the flooring and was pleased with the quality and cost. Really tight fit and looks great down.

Had to wait a couple of days longer as some of the flooring at the suppliers end was damaged.

The laminate flooring were great, no problem picking them up, was ready to go when we got there. Quality of each pack were perfect, floor looks great

good quality product for good price. Delivered on time and in the website I prefer to see free delivery or minimum purchase price needed for free delivery. This is the only thing I can point out. All in all good experience.

Had a full new heating system installed and had to rip up all the floors in the house.Searched quite a lot of flooring sites trying to get the same solid oak flooring so I could try to patch it in,in my lounge,Floors Direct had the flooring I needed,the service was great,it arrived on time and was well packed,the results are very good you would need to look very closely to notice. I would definitely recommend Floors Direct for quality value and service.
