The floor looks amazing once laid and great quality. Delivered on time as promised. My only interaction with customer service was to change the delivery date which they willingly did. A bit cheeky to pay for the samples more than the postage was.

I ordered 16 boxes of flooring, when they arrived, they were a completely different colour to the website, it took over a week to get any response and I had called them 3 times, all they said was the pictures are edited for the website and I should have ordered a sample. The customer service was extremely bad and wouldn't recommend this company.

Great customer service. Quick to respond to queries and resolve. Flooring was delivered very quickly. I actually need more so will be ordering again! As for the flooring itself, I knew what I wanted and they were the cheapest for it by quite a bit. My only niggle was with the underlay which hadn’t been punched out properly so when laying, dropped little black bits everywhere which was irritating as obviously you don’t want that under your flooring!

After care service is very poor which is a shame as the flooring was fine and delivered on time. One box cracked & after being promised a replacement within a day or so this did not happen and after alot of chasing by me it finally arrived. Quite frustrating process. Aftercare is so important but seems lacking here.

Great prices and selection of products. Order was partially damaged and well hidden - we had a huge order (flooring for a 3 storey new build) so it was impossible to check every package upon delivery. The website also advise they give you £10 off your order if you leave a review. Not only immoral, but I never received my £10 discount!

Great place to buy flooring. This is my second order. The first order I received the wrong flooring so contacted floorsdirect and they sent out the original one the same day.
