I first sent for some samples, which were large enough to show what it would look like when laid, When the packs arrived they were exactly the same as the samples (no difference in colour and quality) Excellent quality at affordable prices, would definitely recommend this seller

Flooring was lovely and arrived within the 5 to 7 days which the website states. However get the beading from somewhere else as i received the flooring 4 days ago but still no beading, rang up multiple times but because they use a different delivery company they can’t do anything about it… I get it’s not technically floors direct fault that it’s well over the time limit they give but as a duty of care for customers they should really make sure that what they state is at least met since there the ones that say a 5 to 7 day delivery… please may I add this is the second time I’ve ordered from them now and second time this has happened… who’s paying my wage for the days I’m loosing out on!!!!

NEVER use this company. I wish there was an option for giving a zero star! I have had major problems with the faulty laminate flooring and despite many emails and phonecalls they haven't had the common decency to come back to me. Although i've started a dispute i'm left with a rubbish floor which sound like you're walking over broken glass every step you take. The most SHOCKING customer service i've ever experienced!

I wish I could make a review about the floors I bought but I never received them. I spoke with floorland and they said that they would investigate what happened as the driver said that he did deliver it. They never called me back!!!! I wonder where the driver put my package, that not near my property (I checked, obviously). Now, I don't have my floor, my money or at least an excuse. Really unprofessional and terrible attention to a client!!!

The flooring I bought was herringbone laminate.. I ordered on the Sunday and it was delivered to my doorstep in 2 days.. Palettised and well protected. I watched YouTube vids to get an idea how to do it.instructions on a piece of a4 would have helped but overall I am delighted that I chose this well organised company.

dont order from these rip off merchants. useless customer service. i want to simply exchange my current order with another variation of the flooring that i ordered in a lighter shade.i would be happy to pay any extra for a different variation if that flooring costs more and would pay the shipping fee again. sent 3 emails with no reply so i phoned up only to be told all the oak flooring they sell is all same colour !!! which is total BS. if so why sell six versions that are different shades on your web site. refund policy is also a scam is says customers must pay for it to be shipped back. which is fair BUT what they dont tell you is you must arrange to have it sent back with a third party courier which will most likley cost you hundreds of pounds and if i gets damaged in transit in any way you loose your refund SO DO NOT BUY FROM OR TRUST THIS SHAM COMPANY
