Website easy to use, great price compared to competitors, arrived quickly and delivery company called me to arrange suitable drop off point due to our rural location. Can’t fault the service so far.

Flooring wasn’t an issue its the customer service. As a customer we have to pay for delivery, which should be free if you’re placing a large order as with other companies. The delivery company they use are absolutely diabolical. Pallet of flooring was literally dumped in an alleyway as its a ‘kerbside’ delivery which they inform you AFTER you place an order. When I called Floors Direct as they wasn’t sympathetic at all. Just kept saying its all in the email. I will not be recommending or ordering from this company again. Rather pay that little extra and buy from a professional company.

Good quality laminate flooring with plenty of choice, and at a lower price than other suppliers. Delivery date was met and considerate and helpful driver. I needed a refund on excess laminates which was approved.

Quick delivery of laminate flooring, however really disappointed with the beading which was supposedly colour matched. It was a completely different colour. Phoned and spoke to someone who said they would sort it out, but in the end said it was the closest match. I was going to return until I realised it would cost me £25 due to length. So basically stuck with beading I can’t use. I won’t buy from this company again.

Have been waiting 2 weeks for some samples they charged me £12 for. Have emailed them several times and they keep blaming Royal Mail. I asked for a refund and there's no chance I'll be making any further orders.

The Tiles are exactly as discribed and the image quality is spot on so the colour is correct. The price and qualiity of the tiles is top notch.

No instructions with the herringbone lvt click flooring! Tried different methods as outlined via other suppliers, to which only appropriate method to install involved trimming one side to achieve a click and neat finish. Customer service was amateurish and unproffessional. Will not use again.

The web site was very easy to navigate. I ordered some samples which arrived promptly and then ordered what I liked - including underlay and beading to ensure a clean line between the flooring and skirting. The delivery was super fast and the delivery driver was exceptional. The flooring is beautiful and definitely had that wow factor. I ordered a high gloss finish which looks amazing and it was easy to put down. As soon as my daughter saw it she wanted it for her own home!!!! 100% would recommend

Purchasing the flooring was smooth as the website was easy to use. We ordered herringbone and the site allowed us to select our measurements to include 10% extra as required for off cuts.
