Completely rubbish! The laminate flooring is 12mm and still rubbish, 3 out of 30 boxes came broken, images of the broken boxes was provided to them buy they didn't care, they said you have to open all the boxes and spread the planks and take a picture, how on earth can i do this?!!! Its 30 boxes order!! It's like they say that on purpose to make it impossible for the customer to do this and thats money gone! And thats £29.99 per box! I dont recommend this company to buy from at all, please stay away! Very unprofessional!

Floor arrived 7 days late had to ring every day to find where it was kept telling met would arrive the following day. Massive headache wouldnt recommend. No urgency at all with this company.

They answered promptly and were super helpful in checking availability of the floor I was after from 2x wholesalers while I was on the phone. Impressive. They automatically select and send the correct colour scotia. Even just a person you can deal with is amazing. They also did exactly what they promised. Would definitely use again. (the review reminder email has a coding error in case they read this btw. no biggie)

i ordered 13 packs of laminate, 2 of the pacts game tied up in duct tape , 8 boards in each pack ,most of them had corner damage , i sent them photos of damage , ihad to buy 2 extra pacts , and they only gave me 5 boards which is all the photos i could send,at time ,this is the second time i had purchased from this company,in the last ten years , i would still recommend them although they need to improve customer service robert

What fantastic laminate flooring and customer service. I bought 20sqm of 12mm AC4 grade laminate, it's fabulous quality. I also got the matching beading which is delivered by a separate carrier because of the 2.4m lengths. Everything was delivered on the same day just 3 days after ordering.

I purchased Herringbone Natural oak lacquered 15mm thick Engineered wood flooring SKU on 5th January. I’ve not had a very good experience with customer service. I’ve reported that each engineered wood are not similar sizes and this is confirmed by tapping the wood into place. As result of many packs being off by 1-4mm they are leaving gaps in my floor. My builder/fitter has charged me extended Labour charge as I pay a daily charge as a result of unfitting and refitting the wood floor. I’ve been back and fourth with floors direct on email with no resolution mainly because they are not actioning or providing solutions but just ignoring me. After saying it’s not been fitted properly when actually I’ve explained there are faults with the floor. The length of time this has taken now means I cannot get my refund either because the resolution has taken more than their 28 days return policy which is what Riz has advised me today from my direct call to store. I would really advise the after sales team to resolve matters immediately than to extend this period to >28days where customer is out of scope for returns. For buyers please ensure you receive and fit as soon as possible so you can resolve any issues immediately. I have 5 box full of planks I no longer want to lay because I know what the outcome will be and the company are not willing to return even though I’ve sent pictures of the problem.
