Amazing look. We love the flooring, everyone that sees it comments on it. I would advise anyone purchasing it to use good quality underlay, it will make all the difference. The only negative would be the delivery day. We were expecting it a few days later and someone was booked to help bring it in the house but, it arrived earlier and there was no one to help me bring in 27 packs, that was hard work. The delivery driver left it outside by my fence and moaned about having to push the crate over the rubble on my drive.

The flooring looks fantastic. Communication from the company was great. The only negative is the lack of communication from the courier company delivering the flooring. The company delivering the beading communicated really well & delivered on time however the flooring delivery I had to ring & chase floors direct I was passed to Birmingham warehouse who gave me a number for Bolton company where the flooring had been delivered & the delivery was delayed due to a breakdown & delivered Monday instead of Friday. However they did call to tell me but after i'd called at 2pm that day to find out where the delivery was. The delivery person who delivered on Monday was however very friendly & helpful.

Ordered the black oak parquet flooring and in love, I can't stop looking at it. It was delivered quickly by a lovely and very helpful delivery guy. The quality for the price is outstanding. This is the 3rd time ive layed flooring iny front room and where as the other 2 had to come up as just didn't like them or the quality was bad, this one is a definite keeper .

Very quick and easy, I ordered some samples which were clearly and accurately labelled with the product details, thickness and supplier, I picked my favourite priced it via the websites m2 calculator and ordered the correct amount for my room. Hoping the floor will arrive undamaged and be a great addition to my living room :)

Simple quick click to add to cart for the free samples. Didn't have much time as on lunch break, so the ease of using the website helped loads. Great selection of flooring too.

We received our order with 4 packs damaged which were replaced after sending photos of the damage. We didn't receive the Z Bars and had to ask twice for them to be delivered. We also had some faulty boards which were replaced so it's taken almost 3 weeks to get the complete order. All of the above was dealt with but communication could have been better & quicker.

I would never use this company again . Spoke to a man name ifran lal. The items of flooring arrived damaged . I had to state why I should have a replacement. It was clearly obvious with not just one pack (7 packs ) all were damaged . The hard work to get them to issue me with some more when I paid money for ‘quality goods ‘ To add more disappointment to the matter . The delivery driver didn’t issue them on time ( three days late ) and gave loads of verbal abuse and comments . Disgusting customer service . Damaged faulty goods . PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

A quick phone call, flooring put to 1 side and I collected 2 days later. Easy to park and they even loaded into the car. 1st Class Service will definitely use again in the future for sure. I real happy experience. Try them... you won't be disappointed.
