Prompt delivery and flooring is exactly what we wanted and as seen and described online. My husband is a joiner and is in the process of laying the floor and all boxes opened so far have been spit on.

Only took order in yesterday from delivery Opened 1 box just to check was correct as was ordered Certainly looks the part and looking forward to fitting it as I am a carpenter so hopefully its as good as it looks

The worst experience. The manager is blatantly ignoring a formal complaint. They do not respond and have taken the money after supplying faulty warped flooring. Professional floor technician have assessed the product and this firm are con merchants. Do not buy form the. Customer service is the worse I have ever experienced. They have been reported to Trading Standards. Looking at many other reviews on different forums, they have done this loads. AVOID AT ALL. COSTS!

Extensive choice - better than most. Decent prices. Good to be able to order more than a couple of samples. Not so good having to pay high postage + packing costs, and 3 days+ delivery compared to some sending first class for free. Better able to review once samples have arrived and I've placed + received an order. The

Joke of a company selling joke, sub standard products. I have ordered 2k worth of solid wood floor and have received £2k worth of sub standard product. They have contacted me saying they have my order but "just to let me know its different from what I have ordered". Joke. I ended up ordering the product, but o boy, floor is very poor standard and I'm having absolute nightmare dealing with it now. Company was pushy about the delivery and the whole order experience was very, very unpleasant. I do not recommend them, think twice before you spent your money with them.

This company are appalling. My order was incomplete when it arrived so when the carpenter arrived to lay the floor he had to go out and purchase the items elsewhere. Due to it arriving before Christmas, more than 14 days had passed since delivery and so the company will not accept a return. The representative I spoke to interrupted me constantly and when I asked him not to and told him his customer service was appalling he said “I don’t care”. Do not use this company if you expect any sort of level of service.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Ordered a herringbone laminate floor. Delivered next day, all was looking well until we tried to fit it. Myself and a joiner spent all day and got nowhere. Tried another 3 professional herringbone installers and they all left after an hour or two. The click system is useless!! I am now a lot of money down after paying for trades people. Ifran the manager is always conveniently out of the office. Don't waste your time or money on this scam firm. You will regret it!!!!!

Good flooring at reasonable prices

Do not, I repeat, DO NOT go anywhere near these clowns! Laminate Flooring arrived in good time, stored flat as instructed straight from pallet in the room it was going in! 2 days later professional flooring company came in to fit flooring and it was warped in length and width and wouldnt lock together! Floor technician took photos with t square to show warp! Contacted customer services who asked for photos, pictures sent with floor company van as proof of professional fitting! 10 days later, nothing, so called again several timeseventually got a someone who said all staff sent home due to Covid but would take details and ring within an hour! 1 week later had to ring again and got a surly customer service rep who asked me to send email again, sent! Then miraculously, within 15 minutes (after 3 weeks of trying) someone had rang ‘their flooring tech’s’ and looked at the batch sent out, conclusion, I had stored it wrong as nothing wrong their end so no refund! They hadn’t even bothered to check or respond to emails for pictures showing the same batch laid or samples from packs against a set square! This cost me price of floor, underfloor, surround and half a days floor tech for absolutely nothing! Rip of merchants and frankly a joke, use these clowns you get what you deserve!

Great price and customer service. When ordered, you only get the full date for the delivery, (driver does ring on the day) this could be improved by giving a morning or afternoon slot

Think it's rather pointless asking for a review of a product which I am unlikely to receive for several more weeks. Might be more appropriate to ask for a review AFTER the goods have been received.

Fantastic communication. I managed to pick up the order as I was local and this saved on delivery which they refunded with no hassle. Would recommend and use again.

Great customer service on the phone, but the website was a bit clunky, mainly due to the chat box getting in the way a lot when viewing on mobile.
