Amazing fast shipment to US.

Using E3D products, I went through the site since in France, not everything is necessarily available. Regarding the orders, everything went very well, perfect packaging, the elements are very well protected, fast, even via Royal Mail rather than DHL for example. As for customer service, he was very quick to answer me. If I had to find a negative point ... the classification or storage of spare parts, personally I do not find it super intuitive. For example, the heat sink for the volcano, you have to look for it much lower, ditto for the heater cartridge. No more expensive than French resellers, I strongly recommend going directly through E3D, the top ... soon a site also at the top level. ;)

E3D has always been my go to for nozzles and hot end parts. They seem to be on the forefront of design and innovation in the consumer level 3D printing market. Can't wait to get a hold of the new hot end and nozzle system.

Hi, Since my first order many years ago I have always been very satisfied with the service and product quality. My issue does not come from your service or product (because they have always been and remain impeccable) but more on the shipping. The packet has been quickly processed by your team and sent my way, but I had the unpleasant surprise to get an email from the postal service asking to pay importation fees. I want to be clear that I know that this is my fault and that I should have checked. I do not want by any means to charge you with my mistake. I simply wanted to give my opinion and ask if it would be possible in the future to add a message warning the customer that importation fees of x£ will apply. Ebay has been doing that for ages and this prevents very unpleasant surprises. Again I am very aware that importation fees will apply while ordering from the UK but warning a distracted customer is always a good thing because having to pay more importation fees than what the order cost is very very frustrating (I would have ordered much more if I had think about it). Anyway, despite of this I continue to be pleased by your products, just warn the distracted donkeys like myself. Have a great day, Loïc

Ordered twice from E3D-Online and used their after sales service once. The first order, was a more than pleasant experience for me, everything was perfect, from delivery time up to communication. Then was the support, they replied immediately, and even though they had to deal with a rather confused customer and with very little information provided, they managed to find a solution. Second order about a year after, exactly the same experience, perfect. It can't be a coincidence, it has to be a tradition for E3D-Online; keep the customer fully satisfied and back him up every time the customer needs support.
