Really great product, works flawlessly so far. I only had some problems attaching the extruder to my motor, the screws were a little bit too short. With longer screws it was not possible to rotate the large gear as easy as it was before the light tightening. Hope the gear won't wear out too quickly.

I waited 3x days after the order was placed before contacting support to ask why I’d yet not received my order also why I’d not got a tracking number I then received a reply stating that as I’d placed my order that they had just run out of stock so would I be prepared to wait a further few days or would I like a full refund? I opted to wait a further few days I was promised that the order would be dispatched on the Friday I stated I would wait until the Saturday to receive notice of dispatch before cancellation on the Thursday I received noticed of a tracing number provided by Royal Mail that the order was waiting on E3d to arrange for dispatch the order Friday came and went it’s now Sunday and still no notice of dispatch Royal Mail still shows sign that it’s waiting on E3d to give them the order there’s no support from E3d over the weekend so I’ve had it with E3d and this order I want my order cancelled and a full refund I think it would have to be a very cold day in hell before I place an order with this company again.

I bought a Hemera and some parts for Christmas. I found it fairly easy to install by following the instructions. It took a little while to get the setup correct as I also installed a Nozzle X which I have found requires a 10 degree increase in temp to give good bed adhesion. I have also found than I can print much faster than before up to 200mm/s. Thank you E3D.

Hi I bought the plated copper volcano upgrade its high quality as expected. But we like stickers it would be nice if it comes with something like that. There was another thing,customs . Nothing else happy new year

I give the event a three star for the simple fact that this is a pre-order. This is the part of automation I have a problem with. I request to write some thing that has no relevance to the actual full process. I am sure that I will receive a product in a timely manner. It will meet E3D standards.
