Kind and professional

The audiologist I was seen by was very friendly and efficient and professional, she explained the whole process. The fitting for moulds and the hearing test was finished within half an hour.

Friendly, lovely people, waiting room is warm and comfortable. I had a hearing test which was very thorough and made to feel completely at ease. The doctor I saw was amazing!

After being to all the highstreet hearing purveyors and not being impressed, my GP referred me to Harley Street Hearing. These people know what they are doing. You can try at least three different hearing aids if you want to find what suits you. I tried two. Jaz, who used to be a director here, started me out with care and then when she left to work closer to home, Matt took over smoothly and has fine tuned the settings on my hearing aids and the type and size of buds that fit in my ear (very important!). Their awareness of all things hearing is amazing. I have settings for speech in sound (ie restaurants or listening to TV where accents or poor/old recordings make catching the words can be challenging), music, and then a general purpose setting and last time I met Matt he added the ability to turn off the outside noise with one click so I don't hear screeching tube train noise and can hear my podcasts without outside sound interupting. Its all choice and at the click of a button. Oticon REAL were my choice and I have never been so fond of an appliance that I don't feel when they are in and I can adapt for all situations and have fantastic support - all appointments and batteries are included for TWO years including extending the one year warranty to two. I told them I could not do a review until I had been with them for awhile - now almost a year later, they deserve a stellar rating.

Jordon gives a thorough hearing checkup and makes sometimes an unpleasant experience, pleasant. Highly recommend.

Making an appointment was straightforward. Emer removed the wax from my ears efficiently and quickly, explained everything clearly and gave me follow up advice. I was confident in the service.

Excellent service. I opted for Harley Street Hearing having done may research on the web, and they seemed the best one in my opinion. Slightly more expensive than some, but worth it, a full 30 minute check, removal and consultation. All clearly explained, and answered any questions and successfully removed two large pieces of wax. Very good service - and felt without any question I made the right choice and will return.

I had a custom ear plug fitting and the service and care was professional and courteous. No waiting around and an overall excellent service.

I have been to Harley street hearing many times and this is my worst experience. The audiologist does not know how to connect her laptop to hearing aids and went out a few times to ask for help. I do not want to change anything and yet I notice volume control has been changed on returning. The session normally takes 40 min and this time it took 75 min! Yet my settings were changed, connections to tab play was lost and I have to go back again.

Harley Hearing is the best clinic for hearing aids. They don’t try and sell you aids you don’t need. I recently was there and wanted to buy new aids but Paul Chevely, who is wonderful, said there was no need to spend more money and he adjusted my aids I already had and wouldn’t charge me. They are professional, helpful and really knowledgeable.
