I just love the staff at Harley Street Hearing. Unfortunately I lost one of my hearing aids and was thinking it would take a few weeks to sort out. Imagine my surprise and delight to find my new hearing aids ready and waiting for me. I was so happy! The staff are very knowledgeable, very empathetic to your situation, I have usher Syndrome so it’s really important that O have the best support available. Nothing is too much trouble and I left a very happy customer.

Flexibly rescheduled my appointment when they learned it is possible, reached out to my referring doctor to double check which test was exactly needed for my condition, professional and expedient hearing test. Overall strongly recommend.

Following the receipt of my new hearing aids, one of my young cats had managed to acquire one and proceeded to eat the tubing. I informed Harley street hearing of the unfortunate event and they were absolutely brilliant!! Arranged for me to come for a replacement tube at no extra charge - very happy (both hearing aids now safely hidden from kittens).
