She explained the nature of the test, listened to my specific concerns and talked me through the results. Emer also gave me some recommendations which were very helpful. Horrible rude staff - principally Florence Smith - I made an enquiry and she decided to be disrespectful. When I brought it to the attention of another member of staff, she sided with her and told me I lied about the situation.

I visited the Harley Street hearing clinic today not knowing what to expect as I went in for various balancing tests. I was looked after by a young lady named Rosin who was absolutely amazing and made me feel so comfortable about the procedures. She explained everything throughly and made sure I knew exactly what was happening every step of the way. Once the tests were complete she then explained the results and put my mind at ease.
