Very friendly staff, a lovely calming atmosphere and well organised with my notes from a previous visit. Very clear with explaining the results of my hearing test too.

I was very happy with the care and attention to detail shown by Emma during the fitting. She also taught me things I didn’t know about the hearing aids, which have already proved very helpful.

Even though I was slightly late for the appointment, they never rushed through and ensured that all my questions were thoroughly answered. Would definitely recommend!

Warm, friendly, welcoming, professional and helpful receptionists. During my Annual review, I saw Matthew Allsop, a knowledgable and thorough audiologist, who carefully explained the results of my hearing test. There was no pressure at all to update my old hearing aids. And there was no need, because Allsop cleaned my hearing aids so well, they sounded like new.

All good. It wasn’t great news regarding my hearing damage but the service was excellent. I should be receiving my moulded ear plugs in a couple of weeks.

I’ve been using them since 2009 when they opened, they are meticulous with their care. In the early days, it was the owner who did nearly everything with a couple of assistants and since then they have grown and grown, and the magical thing about them is they maintain such a high level of care , they clearly have the knack of hiring competent professionals who are lovely people. if there was some improvement they could make, I wouldn’t hesitate to suggest it, but I don’t think there is.

As usual excellent and rapid service from HSH. Been with them for several years now and they’re super efficient — from their reception and booking system through to the highly competent advice the audiologists give. Very well trained and always pleasant and helpful staff make each visit a pleasure.
