Fast response to deal with my issue and very professional handling

I bought my hearing aids from Harley street 6 years ago. Matthew and the team helped me a lot from beginning. They are professional about selection period, preparing and customizing the hearing aids, hearing tests, annual checks and repairs(if needed). I'm %100 sure that I did a correct choice and I highly recommend Harley Street.

As always, everything was of a high standard, from reception - polite and helpful - to the lady audiologist, Fiona - skilful, competent and very pleasant. My hearing aids are working again, just right.

Every time I have visited I have everyone to be professional, extremely helpful and kind. Today I have a single hearing aid fitted by Romy and she was great in taking time to explain everything clearly and answer my questions fully.
