My audiologist Simone was very nice and patient, answering all my questions. I got an appointment the same day. Would very much recommend.

It was amazing experience from start to finish at 127 Harley street Hearing. First of all I was given appointment on the day I called which I much appreciated. Reception is nice and helpful. I was seen immediately by Audiologist. She is nice and also professional. She went a mile to make better ear impression as first one was not the best. I was there for ear impression for custolmised sleeping earplugs. I much appreciate all the time, kindness and special attention to me as a client. They are the best ! Highly recommend. Also bathroom in clinic is just amazing. Thank you very much for given me such good experience.

The audiologist had read my file and tested my hearing thoroughly. He cleaned and reset the hearing and dewaxed the ears. He was knowledgeable, confident and pleasant.

I did feel very well supported, things were explained in a way that helped me to understand the issues much more clearly. I was seen quickly by Róisín, who made every effort to make sure I was comfortable, explaining every test thoroughly, making sure I was at ease and progressing through the tests at my own pace.

My tinnitus and the techniques that I use to better live my life were presented clearly and effectively. The exercises were made easy to follow by Ms Cohen, and I was struck by the professionalism and courtesy the team at Harley Street Hearing showed. Always helpful.

I attended the clinic for the Musicians Hearing Health Scheme - so already a fortunate event. The appointment was really easy to set up and you can change and confirm it really easily. I arrived early with a cumbersome fold up bike and the receptionist was really kind and let me in to the waiting area. The consult and fitting was straight forward and the audiologist very pleasant, thorough and friendly. All the follow up info was sent and explained and I was out within 30 mins. Very impressed and woudl highly recommend on all levels.
