While your team is good when the initial query or complaint is made unfortunately once the initial inspection has been done, the actual work can take several weeks and phone calls to actually repairing or sorting the problem. I've been impressed by most of the workmen who attend.

When the job is urgent, Flagship turns up straight away. Five stars! Unfortunately, when the job is not urgent, we have to make repeated calls and they are not always linked, so we have to report the same problem over and over again.

Excellent service and very supportive when life gets difficult.

The estate manager came and promptly sorted the issue out. He also has helped out with previous issues. We have been very pleased with all his help and we feel he is a credit to Flagship. Thank you.

Can't fault my landlords at Flagship Homes. All problems are quickly resolved by the Response Centre

Helpful when call and overall not to bad experience. Have had to wait a while to have things repaired at home. Still more work needs to be done but understand its difficulties at moment

It’s the neighbours Always The neighbours. Every flagship Home I’ve had. I’ve had to put up with loud, noisy, mental, and drug Dealing neighbours. So I think flagship like to take my Money I work long shifts. But give free homes to Drug dealers who cause a lot of havoc.

Always polite when u call repairs could be a little better in what is our responsibility and what is theirs

're our new toilet: The plumber was really helpful explaining what he was going to do and within what seemed to be a relative short space of time had finished the job, tidied up and was gone. A very polite man.

Never had a good experience with them to be onist poor quality repairs long long wait times took be a year to get them to replace patio doors that just had it tryed repairing about 4 times when it was clear they needed replacing front door and back doors are just low cheap poor quality let drafts in also they not interested in thing like solar panels they said they would not alowe them on the roof they not interested in energy efficiency just doing stuff as cheap as I can really never had a good exeriance I try to repair my own stuff we’re ever possible as my parents used to own a plummers and diy shop I even did my own bathroom as they said no then five years later asked if I wanted one I even had to prplace the whole floor in my bathrooms I replaced wrottign chip board with ply with over ten years experience. It’s a no from me

They are very fair and they do repairs on time .

KITCHEN SINK BLOCKED 4 TIMES IN 16 MONTHS I HAVE BEEN HERE , TOTAL OF 45 DAYS PUTTING WASTE WATER FROM SINK DOWN LOO, ONLY TILL LAST TIME DID THEY CALL FOR DRAIN DOCTOR CAMERA DOWN MAIN WASTE PIPE, THEY ARE TRYING TO DEMOLISH MY BLOCK OF DECENT FLATS ON ABBEY ESTATE THETFORD NORFOLK, AND INFILL ALL THE GREEN SPACES WITH SECURE COURTS ( ENCLOSURES ) , ALL FOR PROFIT ,

Iv always had a good experience with flagship and they have always polite and get stuff done straight away.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful since I've moved here I can only praise the lovely people who work for flagship.

Your carpenter spent ages trying to get the door to fit correctly and did a good job. We can now shut the door easily.
